Maison Marais sijaitsee Pariisin keskustassa (le Marais, muodikas naapurustossa) lähellä Nykytaiteen museota Beaubourg / Center Pompidou ja Museum Picasso. Metro Hotel de Ville tai Rambuteau. Osoite on Rue de Montmorency (paljon gallerioita kadulla sekä Pariisin vanhin ravintola “Auberge Nicolas Flamel”).
Kaupunkitalo, jolla on oma sisäänkäynti, sijaitsee suojatun antiikin kivetyn pihan alakerrassa puiden kanssa. Jokainen ikkuna on sisäpihalle päin puita ja viheriöitä. Se on erittäin hiljainen paikka.
Viihdyttävä alue on 40 neliömetrin avoin tila, jossa on ruokapöytä 12 hengelle, täysin varustettu keittiö ja salonki. Olohuoneessa on kaapeli-TV. Olohuoneessa on vaihdettava sänky.
Talossa on 5 makuuhuonetta ja 5 kylpyhuonetta / wc sekä leikkipaikkahuone, jota voidaan käyttää kuudentena makuuhuoneena. Sytle on antiikkinen Pariisin kiviseinät.
- 1. Makuuhuoneessa on suurin sänky 180X200 erillisellä suihkulla ja wc: llä.
- 2. Star Makuuhuoneessa on iso sänky160X200, jossa on arcade-kivisuihku. Käytävällä sijaitsevaa erillistä wc: tä voidaan käyttää myös koko taloon.
- 3. Yhden hengen makuuhuoneessa on kaksi vuodetta, 90X200, jokaisessa erillinen suihku ja wc.
- 4. Lintuhuoneessa on iso 160x200-vuode, erillisellä suihkulla ja wc: llä.
Candalabra edustaa lintu häkkiä.
- 5. Olohuone: pieni makuuhuone, jossa sänky kahdelle 140X200 olohuoneeseen päin.
- Lisähuone: Maanalainen leikkipaikka / TV-huone: Tässä jalkapallopöydällä olevassa leikkipaikkahuoneessa on kaksi pientä vuodetta 90X200. Siellä on kaksi pientä ikkunaa. Siellä on kylpyhuone ja wc.
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Rue de Rivoli. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat ja pelihallin/-huoneen. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

We were a group of 10, mostly teens and young adults. The location is fantastic, the neighborhood was good and felt safe. The apt is basic but for the few days we were there it really met all of our needs. I had read about comments regarding the musty smell in the lower level, that was still there to a degree. It is a basement room and it was raining most of the days. Not sure how you could avoid that. One thing i might recommend was that our beds all had fitted sheets but no flat sheets. Host was great, got back to me right away with questions.

Great place for family visiting Paris

I rented this space for my children and grandchildren to stay while on a family vacation in Paris. It has the listed bedrooms and bathrooms. It is clean and the owner had a cleaner come in to tidy up during midweek. It is conveniently located and is a great choice if you need this much space.

Family Vacation

The property was as advertised. Great location with all the amenities you need (restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops/bakeries/night life). Despite all the nearby activity the apartment is on a quiet street and court yard so the environment is quiet both day and night. We were a party of 10 (8 adults and 2 children). A lot of the major attractions are walkable and for the rest Metro stops are nearby. The property owner, Eduard, is super responsive. Whenever I emailed him through the VRBO app, he responded within 10 seconds. The one "negative" observation I have is that the bathrooms are not Senior friendly; particulary the showers. Some showers are small/narrow and the larger showers involve step ups which makes them tough to navigate if your mobility or balance is limited. Despite the last observation we had an excellent stay. Definitely recommend.

The apartment was perfect for 5 adults....plenty of room, well stocked, in an interesting neighborhood ...Parisian culture, Lebanese, and Asian. We were concerned as water on the floor when we first got there after rainstorm. Ed the host responded to it quickly, however. There was a musty odor and my niece who has an allergy to mold developed symptoms. One suggestion. Make an introductory instruction sheet available for appliances, TV, etc. All an all I recommend the property.

Birthday Celebration

The apartment was the perfect size for the 5 of us (adults). The location is good with many cafes and shops in the neighborhood. We enjoyed the mix of cultures in the neighborhood ...mid-eastern (Lebanese, Asian, and Parisian culture). We felt very safe being in an inner courtyard. We arrived after a major rainstorm so there was lots of water on the floor, but the host was very responsive in sending a crew to attend to it. At times there was a musty smell, and unfortunately my niece who has an allergy to mold was affected by this. The apartment is well stocked with essentials...condiments, paper goods, appliances, etc. Overall, I would highly recommend it.

Courtyard Maison Marais

This is a larger apartment that can accommodate several families. It is off a very safe, secured courtyard. The location is fabulous and in walking distance to many activities and restaurants. The host Eduard was very responsive to inquiries and helpful. Compared to a lot of vrbo rentals, this well well equipped with toilet paper, trash bags and towels. The refrigerator, washer and dryer and coffee maker were nice to have. There are two main issues to consider. The apartment overall has a very mildewy smell. There was mold in some of the bathrooms but particularly the bedroom with the star shaped mirror. The smell in that bedroom and the downstairs basement room was so bad they could not be slept in. Despite this we had plenty of room. One person wound up sleeping on the couch. Eduard did offer to send over the cleaning person with something to cover up the smell, however we declined as this problem extended far beyond covering up the scent. Be aware in hotter months there is no central air conditioning. There is only one portable air conditioning unit that helped, but it quickly fills up with water condensation in 1-2 hours and shuts off till you empty it and then it will restart. There were extra fans on hand that helped but the back bedrooms without windows to open remain stuffy/hot. The beds are a decent size but could use updated mattresses. Bathrooms are adequate and be aware they are on the smaller size.

Fabulous location and accommodation

This apartment is in a perfect location, close to the action, but away from the noise. Plenty of room to allow our party of 9 to have space to escape when needed and large enough common space for us to dine together. Easy walking distance to several Metro stations for easy access to all of Paris. Variety of ethnic and local food options within 5 minutes walk. I absolutely would stay here again!!

Was in a very good location for shops and restaurants. Close to major attractions. A few of the ammenties could be improved. Some of the electrical outlets were loose. The in house air conditioner did not have a means to properly vent. The property was clean and more than met our needs.

Paris girls trip

The home was perfectly located. A short walk to the Seine and the Le Centre Pomidou. For 6 women, we felt safe in the area, a couple of us even felt safe enough to venture out on our own. I sprained my ankle pretty bad the 2nd day there and Ed was quick to offer information on what hospital was the closest to get checked out. And he followed up with me to see how i was doing. So nice. The place was perfectly cleaned and had all the amenities needed for a long stay. I would definitely recommend staying here for a large group or family. This place was perfect.

Spectacular spot in Paris

Eduarde was so helpful with us checking into this property as we had arrived in paris after 36hours of travelling. The house was all warm and cosy for us, which was so welcoming. We loved this apartment so much and the 5 of us were so comfortable. This apartment could provide accommodation for twice that many people all in comfort. Great locality for all the sights, metro, supermarkets. Apartment was fully stocked with everything you needed for a carefree stay. Plus the history ofvthis house is amazing and for Australians, whose countrynis so young, staying in a part of history of Paris, was so extremely special. Thank you so so much Eduard, so grateful to have stayed in your beautiful property. 💗

NYE in Paris w/10 People

We had a fabulous NYE holiday in this apartment. There were 10 of us total - 4 adults, 3 teenagers, and 3 small children - and there was plenty of room (and bathrooms) for all of us. The teens especially liked the basement area to escape for the evening. The large dining table is a huge plus since we could cook/order in for a few evenings. The location is great; several metro stops close made it easy to get around the city. Eduard was super responsive and ensured we had a lovely family holiday.

Perfect Trip

This is a great clean property inside of a locked and secure courtyard. All but one of the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the level you enter; there is one bedroom and bath in the basement down a flight of stairs. All was perfect for our party of 6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 children. There is a washer/dryer in the apartment but we didn't use it. The instructions for gaining access to the apartment were easy. The housekeeper met us on arrival and adjusted the heating. There are not many properties in Paris that can accommodate 3 families totaling 10 in one apartment. We didn't have any issues with the apartment but we did contact Eduard because of a dental issue and he gave us a recommendation with telephone number. The neighborhood couldn't be better! Marais is known for restaurants and we walked to dinner most nights. We didn't use the subways for longer trips because the G7car service was very responsive and not overly priced. We look forward to using this property again!
