The 7th arrondissement is one of the most charming, upscale and iconic neighborhoods in Paris. It's known for stunning landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides, and its plethora of Michelin starred restaurants and high-end boutiques.



*** STAY IN A COSY AND FULLY EQUIPPED DUPLEX APARTMENT WITH A PRIVATE TERRACE!

My charming duplex apartment is only 30 sqm but very cozy, quiet and fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 guests.


• UPSTAIRS:
There is a bedroom with a queen size bed, a wardrobe and a desk, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub, a towel warmer and a hair dryer.

• DOWNSTAIRS:
There is a kitchen and a living room that opens onto a private terrace. It features a comfortable sofa bed and a folding dining table with 4 seats. Please note that the TV is not connected to any channels, and that it can only be used to connect your laptop with the HDMI cable provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, dinnerware, as well as a small fridge. Also, there is a washer, a drying rack, an iron and its board.

You can also relax and dine on the private terrace, that is equipped with a large umbrella to give you privacy.

*** THE NEIGHBORHOOD
You will find everything you may need during your stay: mini markets, organic grocery store, pharmacy, bakeries, Michelin starred restaurants, outdoor cafes, laundromat and dry cleaning, ATM, currency exchange, etc…


*** GETTING AROUND:
You will get around Paris very easily with 1 nearby subway stations, 8 bus lines, and a self-service electrical bikes station, all within 5 minute walk. You can access all the main attractions quickly. For example:
• The Eiffel tower is only 5 minute by foot.
• The Bridge Alexandre III is only 5 minute by bike and 15 minutes by foot.
• The Champs-Élysées Avenue is just 10 minutes by e-bike, 20 minutes by metro, or 25 minutes by foot.
• The Louvre museum, the Tuileries' garden, and the Arc de Triomphe are just 15 minutes by e-bike, 30 minutes by metro or by foot.


*** HOUSE RULES:
• Self check-in anytime after 3pm and check-out by 11am. You can book online a luggage storage located near my studio.
• No parties
• No smoking
• No pet
