It's located in downtown Montévrain, close to the Val d'Europe Centre Commercial RER A station and Disney Marne-la-Vallée (2-minute bus ride).
A private, secure parking space in the residence's basement is available on request only.
The apartment is bathed in light thanks to its large windows, providing a bright and pleasant atmosphere. It is also equipped with roller shutters to ensure peaceful, restful nights.
Located on the 2nd floor of a modern residence with elevator, you'll enjoy a breathtaking view of the private garden.
What's more, you'll find all the local shops just an 8-minute walk away: restaurants, cafés, dry cleaners, bakery , and also the Clos du Chêne shopping center.
