The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, such as a stove and a microwave. The apartment also has ironing equipment.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please note: There are steps to climb before reaching the elevator, which may make access challenging for guests with reduced mobility.

The 2nd arrondissement of Paris is also known as the "arrondissement de la Bourse". The headquarters of the famous CAC40 is known for hosting many financial players.

The main attractions are all within walking distance from here. You are only a few steps from the Louvre, the Place Vendôme or the Palais des Tuileries and their magnificent gardens.

The Montorgueil district, with its pedestrian street, bars, restaurants and shops, is a must to enjoy the evenings in the capital! Looking for a green space to rest or take the sun? I recommend the square Louvois.

Numerous exceptional shops, restaurants, bars, brasseries, cafés or small grocery stores in the neighbourhood, on the rue des petits champs or, not far away, on the famous rue Saint Honoré are at your disposal for a unique experience.

The area is also an ideal starting point for shopping, only 10 minutes from the Champs Elysées, Avenue Montaigne or Galeries Lafayette.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Quatre-Septembre, is just a 1-minute walk.

CDG airport is about a 60-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
