Residents of the 11th arrondissement benefit first from an exceptional cultural offer. By visiting the historic squares of Bastille, Nation, and République, you can immerse yourself in the revolutionary history of the district. Indeed, the 11th arrondissement played a decisive role during the great workers' revolts of the 19th century. Don't miss also the so-called tomb of Louis XVII in the Sainte-Marguerite Church, which has kept a lot of mystery, as well as the Edith Piaf museum and, if you like urban culture, the MUR.

Formerly a working-class district, the XIth arrondissement is now one of the capital's most "trendy" districts, especially on the Place de la Bastille side, with many bars with different atmospheres. The district is also affluent in theatres and concert halls, such as the Bataclan, the Bastille Theatre, and the Balajo. You can also enjoy yourself at the Cirque d'Hiver and the Bastille Opera.

Moreover, it is the most festive district of Paris, thanks to its many bars and restaurants, which are full of life and madness on the Bastille side and more chic towards Oberkampf. But you can also enjoy the peace of the hidden cities, including the Cité du Figuier and the Cité Durmar, or stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Parmentier (line 3), is just a 3-minute walk.

CDG Airport is approximately a 40-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
