Only real issue was that our room was not ready on time. Check in was 2pm and got into our room around 2:40pm normally wouldn’t be a big deal but we traveled all night so it was annoying. They did offer us free breakfast to make up for it which we did. All was amazing after that!

Staff were friendly & knowledgeable. The room was neat, clean and comfortable with a towel warmer in the bathroom! A great area for sightseeing and shopping. Metro nearby. I recommend this hotel & would stay here again.

Incredible staff, Duarte in particular. He went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable. The lift was sadly out of order but Duarte and the team were helpful with storing the pram, ensuring we had rooms lower than planned and helping carry luggage. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be using again when we return next year!
