Great property, staff is friendly and helpful with local knowledge (such as directions and navigating the metro) accommodations are clean and with an elevator in building and location close to Gare de Lyon it’s perfect for those traveling around Paris or coming in from a regional train from another city. Did not try the breakfast but it looked good from what I saw. Overall if I were to stay in Paris again will probably stay here.
Ideal base to explore Paris via the Metro’s and trains from Gard Du Lyon station that is 2 minutes walk away.
Lovely clean hotel, very friendly staff and a great breakfast option.
The hotel was close to the Gare de Lyon station, and there were a few cafes close by. Staff was super nice and helpful. My only complaint is that the bed is super small for 2 adults.
We went for the Olympics. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was helpful. We could walk to the arena which is why we booked that property. I was more pleased with it than excited to be.
The place is rundown, our room and the lobby looked dismal, probably the photos in the posting were photoshopped to look bright and clean. The guy at the reception looked like he's annoyed that we're there and was very impolite. I am not sure who gave this place 4 or 5 stars. Would not recommend.
It's April, temperatures above normal, room is warm, yet the hotel's administration does not let anyone use the AC! Why say you have AC then if we can't use it!
