Welcome to your new home! Spacious and comfortable flat, next to the emblematic center of Paris, an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city.

3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. No smoking on interior areas.
6. If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
