THE SPACE

You will stay in a fully furnished and equipped apartment in the heart of Paris.

This typically Parisian apartment will offer you warm and luxurious hotel-like comfort while giving you the feeling of being at home, offering a real experience of living in Paris like a Parisian.

The apartment's amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, high-speed WIFI Internet connection, linens and towels as well as high-end bedding and much more!

The apartment is ideally located in the pedestrian area of Montorgueil, a favorite district of Parisians with many restaurants, cafes and shops. It is located a few minutes walk from the Louvre Museum and a large number of famous monuments are nearby. The Grands Boulevards are also next door.

This apartment is located on the 1st floor. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining room and a large living room where you can meet comfortably. You will be charmed by its Parisian character.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.

The dining area has a dining table for 8 and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.

We will personally welcome you and show you around the apartment, making sure you immediately feel like at home.

Our check-in agent will take the necessary time with you so you feel comfortable knowing how to get around, where and how to get to popular landmarks and happily give you tips about some of our secret and favorite places.

You will also be able to easily reach us throughout your stay if need be.

Note: A 30€ fee applies for late arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 (on request only). Standard arrival hours are from 15:00 to 20:00.

HOUSE RULES

The apartment is located in a residential building. Neighbors are expecting that the tranquility in and around the building is respected and noise kept to a reasonable level not only at night but also during the day. Parties are therefore strictly prohibited.

A deposit by bank card print (there’s no charge, no fee) will be required at check-in to cover for the costs associated with an eventual violation of our House Rules. This deposit will be returned to you 48 hours after your departure/check-out if no serious incident has occurred.

Clear communication and nice apartment for a larger party (5 adults 1 tween). The apartment was well furnished and clean.Close to the metro and we walked to Notre Dame (1.5km) and other sights from the apartment.This appears to be part of a short term rental group so they have fairly consistent procedures listed with their multiple properties.

Location is in the Fashion District. The property is a little dated. The back room was hot and faces a maintenance area out the window. The location is close to a lot of Paris tourist sites. Multiple Metro stations are close by and easy to get around. Lots of great restaurants just around the corner, a short walk away. Check in and communication was easy and helpful. Overall, good location and nice place to stay. I would recommend the apartment for up to 8 adults.

looks way larger than it is

The apt was clean and tiny but very small. From the pictures it looks 3-4X the size. I expected it to be smaller than the pictures but was surprised by how small it actually was. Staff were friendly and even brought by some extra bedding after we requested it. Overall, decent stay but too small for 2 families of 4 each.

Lovely Apartment, Excellent Host

As advertised for sure. The apartment was lovely and decorated very nicely. Adonis, the gentleman who walked us thru the apartment's amenities, was spectacular. We showed up earlier than planned and he came right away with a positive and infectious demeanor. The beds are smaller than we expected but comfortable. The bathrooms are very nice and the living spaces accommodated our family of 4 just right. We recommend this wonderful apartment and will book again when we visit Paris.

Stylish Paris apartment

We enjoyed staying at this Paris apartment. We were a group of six including two 10 year old children. We arrived in Paris just as the strikes were going on but had no problems with that what so ever. The metro stops were a short walk away as wells as shops and restaurants. We even walked to Galleries Lafayette and took in the incredible view from the top. Just as a note, French beds are closer to the ground that American beds so that took some getting used to but all part of the Paris experience. We would go back. Also, the Chocolate Museum was just a short walk away----- what an incredible place and we all enjoyed making our own chocolates.

Great Holiday Getaway

Really good communication and super easy checkin process. Apartment was well appointed and situated near all the of sites including walkable restaurants and grocery stores. Super clean and included a nice bottle of wine and espresso pods. Great location for a family with the three bedroom location.

The property manager was great to work with and the location is perfect if you’d like to shop.

The property manager was there to greet us and give us all the details of the property which made things a lot easier. The area is like the Soho of Paris and there are plenty of places to eat and shop around the apartment. We had five adults and there was plenty of room for all of us.
