Excellent location with a central station being a 10 minute walk away. Helpful, friendly staff who speak great English as well as other languages. You can leave your bags during the day time if you have an evening flight. Overall, brilliant stay 10/10! Merci

About 15 stairs up to tiny elevator ( expected) but with lots of heavy luggage and a husband with disabilities, not ideal. Rooms also very small but Stefan does everything. Checks you in,takes your bags up and down the stairs to your room, gets your breakfast order and calls you a cab! He is awesome!

I had a wonderful 6-night stay in Paris. As expected, hotel prices in the city can be quite high, but this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room was small but very clean and well-organized. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful. I had a bad cold during the first two days and asked the manager for hot water each day—he kindly remembered and kept checking in on me later in the week, which I really appreciated. He also recommended several great restaurants nearby—although I didn’t have time to try them all, I’ll definitely check them out next time! Breakfast was also great—croissants and baguettes were my favorites. Overall, friendly staff, good service, and a clean stay. Definitely recommend!

Our stay at new orient

The hotel was comfortable and clean and in a good location for transport and restaurants and the tourist attractions. I would recommend. Our comfort room was basic and quite small but fine for one nights stay. The man on reception on arrival was helpful and got us a taxi and we could leave our bags on checkout until we needed them later on. The breakfast was basic but ok.

Beautiful boutique hotel with wonderful staff!

New Orient Hôtel is a gorgeous little hotel in the 18th arrondissement. The staff are friendly sand kind. The manager Stefan made our visit very special with his knowledge of the city and local recommendations. Thank you! We will definitely be back!!

My sister and I just got back from staying here a week and absolutely LOVED it. From the property, to the location, to the staff, everything was all we could have dreamed of on our first Paris trip. Honestly idyllic!! My husband and I went for our honeymoon, and we had the best time. We would frequently sit out on the balcony overlooking the street at night, and it was right out of a movie. Staff was super sweet and helpful. Cannot recommend enough!

Our stay at the New Orient Hotel in Paris was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro. The hotel itself is charming and well-maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Stefan at the reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. His recommendations and assistance added to the overall experience. Stefan checked me and gave outstanding customer service took less than 5 minutes. And Arris checked me out, the process was effort less. Arris guided me to a cash exchange location that was helpful. New Orrient hotel gets five stars from me. Perfect location close to Ave. Montaigne all the luxuries boutiques.
