The property it self was easy for transport links and it was straight forwards. The hotel was clean to the eyes and it looked nice. However, whenever we were in the room we suffered extreme allergies therefore not making the stay comfortable. We also noticed there was an extremely weird, damp smell. If you’re looking for a hotel with good transport this could be it but be prepared to hear the trains at all hours. It was also not that safe around the area and had multiple people looking in when we were waiting downstairs in the lobby that wouldn’t leave. Overall it was a convenient stay and I applaud them for their use of sustainable options and the breakfast was always lovely and simple and the staff there were nice. The Italian restaurant was nice also. The surrounding restaurants I wouldn’t really recommend due to safety and options not being the best.

It was a clean and new hotel, the check in was disorganized that the guests behind us got confrontational with us and it did not give us a good start of our stay after a 9 hours flight. Staff apologized to the person behind but not us. Would recommand if we could at least check in / pay for deposit before 2pm (without getting our room keys) to make check in for efficient and not deal with impatient people in line

It was great! Very near the RER E line which made it really easy getting around Paris. The staff were really friendly and helped us with directions and telling us the best travel apps to get around Paris and we loved the free snacks and tea in the bar area. The room was lovely, really clean and well presented and the pillows and duvet were soft and amazing. The hotel is by the train tracks so you can hear a little noise but it’s not very loud. Bed was really comfy and spacious.

Okko Rosa Parks was so easy to get to from Gare du Nord one short bus ride away. The area was friendly well connedced by bus, Tram and Tube. Close enough to all the main attractions and still offered a local feel. The hotel itself was modern the staff was friendly and we were able to see the some of the landmarks from our room with a city view. Over all a great stay and I would definitely book again.
