first impression was great, I reserved 3 rooms on different floors for my family of 6. then came the night: one of the room had mices. We called their service (there is none in the building itself) and no solution was offered. We ended up 4 people sleeping in a tiny room. After long phone negociations, they agreed to reimburse one room (still not reimbursed to this day) while did not recognize that we had to sleep cramped in another room (finally agreed to a discount of 20% discount) - avoid, avoid

The hotel room was kind of small for a family of 5. The hotel claimed that the room could fit up to 6 people which it could but it would not be a comfortable fit. The elevator broke during our stay which made it hard to go up and down to our room especially during check out. We had to bring all of our bags down a flight of stairs. The hotel staff and the area around the hotel made up for our discontent though.

Excellent location, great quality and attentive staff. If you are looking for a Parisian base away from the main hustle and bustle, this is an excellent choice. Apartment was small, but very well equipped. Some brilliant restaurants nearby. Overall very pleased with our choice.

This is an excellent property! The set up of the room works so well for a longer stay. There are so many excellent restaurants and great boutique shopping in the area. The advertised courtyard view really is just a view of some greenery in the interior ground floor. No courtyard view to speak of. But definitely quiet!

The location is in the middle of everywhere. The metro and bus are walking distance, so be need for taxis. Many eating options walking distance. There are no restaurants that are within the facility, but there are a few restaurants right around the corner.

The property was in a great location and very walkable for the sacre coeur and moulin rouge. Also, close to metro stations. There were nearby restaurants which were perfect for breakfast and dinner. The staff at the property were very helpful and the apartment was ideal for our stay. Unfortunately the lift was out of order the day we arrived and we were on the 6th floor. This had been fixed by the following day. The room had a great view however we were unable to sit on the balcony as it was too small and we were a bit disappointed as it wasn't as expected. We were unable to move rooms as the apartments were fully booked. Despite this I would highly recommend the apartments as a place to stay to explore Paris.

Situated in a quiet road yet very close to Pigalle Metro and St George. Food shops are nearby and bar/restaurants next door. Very helpful staff. Rooms very well equipped, compact but comfortable. Walking distance of Montmartre and even the centre of the city.

Generally very good apartment in a great area for food, shopping or sightseeing. Apartment was of a high standard. Only minor complaint was that they forgot on two occasions to clean the room. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed one night upon arrival. I would say it’s “cozy” for a family of 5 with the sofa bed. I appreciate a freezer to re-freeze my ice packs for milk bottles and refrigerator for milk in the AM. I just preferred better times for check-out as 10 am was a bit early for our small family.

We’ve stayed in Montmatre a number of times. The QL St Georges is the best location we’ve found. We’ll likely stay there again. Location location location. Five minutes walk from the Pigaille and St.Georges metro stations, you can get everywhere in Paris easily. A few streets away from the St Georges is a lovely shopping street with multiple bakeries, cheese shows and produce stores. If you’ve stayed in Paris you know hotels are rustic and rooms small, unless you can afford exorbitant rates. In which case you likely don’t bother with reviews.

This is a great stay if you are traveling with your family. Loved the apartment style. Did not realize it was a self service accommodation and there is no staff on hand after 4:30. Our power shut off durring our stay and it took an hour to get it back on. It was just a tripped breaker but the fine was 1k if you reset it so had to call to get permission which required downloading whats app pretty inconvenient but the staff was very friendly when there. I probably would not stay if i didnt have the children with us but would return with family for sure.

My family of 4 stayed at one of their apartment. We have 2 kids and the apartment was just the right place for us! It was close to everything we need and just a short wall to the subway. All the staff were very courteous and helpful!! My sisters stayed in one of their studio and they had a great experience as well. Will definitely stay there again when we go back to Paris!

We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect with so many restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and shops within walking distance. Also, within walking distance to many sites. We walked to the louvre easily. The property was great for our family of 5. The 2 bedrooms and pull out sleeper couch were cozy and beds were very comfortable.

The property was well maintained, except for the first day when we were having electrical issues. But it was taken care of relatively quickly and did not affect our trip. The only issue is that every time I go downstairs, I don't see anyone at the front desk.

Two bedroom unit was smaller than expected. Bathroom tight but was expected. Lots of closet space. Safe in each room and kitchen well stocked with many items. We were on 5th floor. View from balcony was really nice. Quiet in unit at night with windows/balcony shut. Easy walking distance to montmartre (funicular available to Sacré-Cœur) and 3 metro lines. Unit clean but did see tiny ants at times.

Our ground floor apartment with a courtyard was lovely; really spacious, everything you need provided; scissors, cutlery etc. Pros - easy access, nice furnishings, beautiful building. South Pigalle is lovely for food and shopping. Metro connections aren't bad, Saint Georges or Pigalle are just a few minutes walk away. Cons - You can hear the rumble of the metro every few minutes. We saw no mention of this anywhere on the listing for this room - if you're a light sleeper, we would recommend going higher up in the building perhaps. We did get used to it, but it's constant until the metro closes for a few hours late at night. There is zero housekeeping. You can ask for more coffee pods etc, but they are chargeable services. Which is fine if you are only away for a night or two, but we were there for 5 - so the bathroom needed cleaning, we had to buy toilet rolls etc., which isn't great; whatever your reason for being away, business or pleasure, you don't want to be worrying about supermarket trips as your time is valuable. Definitely more 'Apartment' than 'Hotel', which we would usually recommend in Paris as Boulangerie breakfasts are typically better than Hotel offerings, but previous Aparthotels we have stayed in have offered housekeeping every 2-3 days. The staff were friendly enough when we saw them. Your money is paying for space, which is at a premium in Paris, not service. We hope this helps you make an informed booking!
