Great stay and location.

The kitchen is fully equipped with what's needed. They provide a sponge, towel, and dish soap along with all the pots, pans and utensils. It has a microwave, stove top and small refrigerator. The room was clean although they do not have maid service unless requested. This is an aparthotel, so you provide your own toilet paper, except for the initial toilet paper provided. Also there is no iron or washcloths which is typical for France. They have towels upon request. There is a washer and dryer for a fee. The Metro is right across the street that can take you anywhere in Paris. The front desk staff is nice and helpful. The shower is nice and there are a blackout shield on the window with a remote.This is my second stay here and I plan to stay here again.

4 night stay for a couple

Ok, it's great because it has a kitchenette - but we couldn't find any real shops near by - there may be some, but we didn't see them. However, great patisserie next door - went there every day for coffee and pastries. Gym was good to have and it is right across the street from a metro station, which goes right into the heart of Paris. They don't give you any change of towels - the desk person said ok, this one time (there are no towels in the gym), but generally not even if you ask. Weird.

Location and condition of the property is perfect. Lobby personnel are not welcoming upon entry. They are always in the back office instead of the front desk getting and assisting people.

The hotel is located directly across from a metro and bus stop so excellent for starting a journey to anywhere in Paris. Breakfast had plenty to offer, and the lady who took care of breakfast weekdays was lovely. We were on 13th floor, it was very quiet & peaceful. The room and bathroom were big enough, no service of any sort during our 5 night stay and we had to take the rubbish out. (No big deal). Little kitchen area is a great idea and well equipped. My biggest issue was mosquitos, I was unaware that could be a potential problem, but there were numerous in the bathroom and I was savagely bitten for 5 nights.

Pas un secteur où on se sent en sécurité. Premier matin ont se fait réveiller par les cris d’une jeune femme dans l’allée devant notre chambre, deux hommes se battaient ont aurait dit une scène de film. Une heure plus tard un des hommes, le visage tout amoché était à côté de moi dans l’ascenseur de l’hôtel. Je n’étais pas très à l’aise. Autres points, il n’y a qu’un sèche cheveux pour tout l’immeuble! C’est un endroit assez bruyant le soir, beaucoup de gens crient, beaucoup de sirènes de polices. Il y a même eut un jeune homme qui s’est fait tirer dessus dans le quartier. Pas très rassurant. Bref la prochaine fois je paierai plus pour être dans un endroit plus sécuritaire. Seul point positif c’est très près du métro.

Clean, staff are helpful and is located in such a convenient location. Right oppose Gallieni metro station so it was insanely easy to go anywhere in central Paris and to get back to the hotel. I will definitely consider coming back here the next time I am in Paris

Nice appathotel and great location

I really enjoyed my stay, it is in a great location; there is a mall across the street with a grocery store. The mall has plenty of restaurants and shops too. The Metro is also conveniently located across the street. The apparthotel is secure with an outside gate that locks and two additional locked doors. There is breakfast for a fee and a laundry room; the washing machines are 20 euros for one load and there are also dryers but I do not know how much that is. There is an app for the washer and dryer that can be controlled on your smartphone. The bed actually has an extra bed attached that pulls out but it is hidden and can be used for a second person. They provide toilet paper but you have to ask as well as extra towels. I was there for 8 nights and there was no housekeeping although I asked three times. The window has a shade with a remote to blackout the room which was very nice. There is a microwave, a refrigerator along with dishes pots and pans and utensils, they also provide a sponge, soap and two cloths. The shower was great. The front desk staff was very nice and informativeI. I loved the room and will definitely stay again.
