This fully remodeled, 2 bedroom, 3 bath condo is located on the ground floor and mid-mountain, in the heart of Deer Valley's Silver Lake Village, a quick 2 minute walk to the slopes and just across the street from the Goldener Hirsch and Stein Erikson Lodge, providing easy access to not only world class skiing in Deer Valley, but also incredible dining options and bars. This gorgeous, corner unit will dazzle you with its fresh, modern mountain design, beautiful views from every room, full kitchen, dining room, living room and private hot tub.

The refreshing design of Black Bear 101 features a neutral palette that blends seamlessly with the snowy trees outside, creating an enchanting winter wonderland. The inviting living room is centered around the 65” Samsung Frame television hung over the fireplace and surrounded by a cozy, oversized, double chaise sectional, providing the perfect place to snuggle in to watch a movie or play games around the coffee table. Just outside the living room, nestled amongst the aspen and pine trees is the wrap around patio with a private hot tub for soaking under the stars.

The fully remodeled kitchen features crisp, white cabinets and pristine quartz countertops with all new stainless-steel appliances to meet all your cooking needs, as well as a full-size LG washer & dryer. Adjacent to the bright and airy kitchen is the charming dining room anchored by a handsome, solid oak table that seats eight comfortably. It is a great spot to gather for a family meal or enjoy a quiet cup of coffee in the morning.

This modern mountain design of Black Bear 101 extends to the bedrooms with tranquil spaces to rest. Both bedrooms feature private ensuite baths, luxurious upholstered beds and Samsung Frame televisions. The primary bedroom offers a king size bed, while the secondary bedroom offers two queen beds. All 3 bathrooms are fully remodeled, featuring sparkling white ceramic tile, quartz countertops and euro glass shower doors.

The Black Bear Lodge by Abode offers many guest services to enhance your stay, like an on site front desk and complimentary local shuttle**. The lodge is also on the Park City Transit route for additional easy access to Main Street, Park City Mountain and beyond. The outdoor pool, hot tub, and gym are open year round for our guests' enjoyment. There is no need to worry about carrying skis to and from the slopes every day. Deer Valley Resort conveniently offers complimentary day and overnight storage at the Silver Lake Lodge base area.
