Set at the base of Canyons Village, where the streets are lined with towering pines and the mountain feels close enough to touch, Cabriolet Chalet is a cozy, light-filled alpine retreat built for groups who ski hard and gather harder. Vaulted ceilings and an open-concept main level give the living, dining, and kitchen space an airy, easygoing flow, with room for the whole crew to sprawl out after a day on the slopes.

The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for real cooking, from early-morning breakfasts to a big group dinner, with a dedicated coffee bar and bar setup for that first pour of the morning or the last one of the night. Gather around the dining table set for five, or slide open the door to the private deck, where a table and chairs and a gas BBQ make grilling under the pines an easy call on a warm evening or a crisp one.

When it's time to split off, the layout has a spot for everyone. The main-floor primary suite has a king bed and its own en-suite bath. Upstairs, an open bunk loft sleeps a small crew across two queens and two twin XLs, tucked into twin-over-queen bunks that kids and kids at heart both love. A flex room rounds it out with a full-size fold-out couch, an Xbox, and a door that closes, which makes it the unofficial teen headquarters. In-unit laundry means you can pack light and wash mid-trip.

The location is the real headline. You're a short, walkable stroll from the free Cabriolet lift, which carries you up to Canyons Village in about five minutes, the heart of the resort's skiing in winter and its hiking and mountain biking the rest of the year. A complimentary on-demand shuttle runs door-to-slope, so you can leave the car parked and the ski boots on. As guests at Red Pine, you'll also have seasonal access to the community clubhouse just across the way, with pools and hot tubs to enjoy when the season's open. Pickleball paddles and balls come stocked in the unit, with extras free to borrow from the clubhouse.

When you want a change of scene, historic Main Street, with its galleries, restaurants, and après crowd, is a short drive or a quick hop on the local bus, and Utah Olympic Park, home to the bobsled track and year-round activities, sits just up the road. It's an easy, well-placed base camp: quiet pines out the window, the lift a few minutes away, and all of Park City within reach when you want it.

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Seasonal amenities: The pool, sauna, hot tubs, clubhouse, volleyball courts, and tennis courts are seasonal. They are open April 16 through the Friday before Memorial Day weekend (end of May), and again from the day after Labor Day (early September) through Thanksgiving.
- Clubhouse hours: When open, the clubhouse operates 12 PM–9 PM.
- Pickleball: Paddles and balls are provided in the unit and can also be borrowed free of charge from the clubhouse.
- Quiet hours: Community quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM.
- On-site gym available for guest use. Open daily from 10:00 AM–9:00 PM. Guests must sign in at the front desk before each visit.

Parking Details:
- Please make sure you park only in the designated property parking locations. If your home offers street parking, please make sure you read all posted signage.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
