This lower Deer Valley, two-story mountain getaway features an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and large windows that will let plenty of sunlight in as well as memorable, partial mountain views. The comfortable touches throughout will truly help you leave all of your worries behind the moment you step inside. Unwind in the living area and spread out on the comfortable couch and all enjoy your favorite TV shows on the flatscreen TV. This getaway is excellent for families, groups, and kids that want to be located close to Park City Mountain, Deer Valley, and Main Street. After the glorious day strolling around the city or hitting the slopes, take advantage of the full kitchen and adjourn at the long family dining table for a great meal while watching the beautiful scenery around you.

Get ready for full days of fun, as you will be located about a five-minute walk from the free citywide shuttle stop off of Deer Valley, as well as a short walk to Park City historic Main Street featuring dining, nightlife activities, and shows at the Egyptian Theater. This is also located one mile from Park City Mountain Resort and one mile from Deer Valley Resort; so you won't find a better location than this one! Come wintertime, make sure you visit both resorts for a fun-filled day either skiing, hiking. If you happen to visit during the summer months, both resorts offer plenty of outdoor activities that include scenic mountain biking and hiking, guided tours, and more!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Re-visiting Park City

Overall a great stay! We were very comfortable, loved the neighborhood and the big widows letting in all the natural light was fantastic. We had minor minor issues with the lights in the shower being blown and found some bachelorette confetti on the ground. We would definitely stay here again. Be away that the additional bedrooms upstairs has a king and full that share the same space (would be great for a family with kids). We would definitely some back again.

Spring Break Ski/Snowboard Trip

Property is in an excellent location (15 min walk to Main st and a 10 min bus ride to the mountain). The facilities were clean and comfortably accommodated 4 individuals. An excellent stay.

My husband and I needed a place with a kitchen to store items & stay til we checked into a larger place with our larger family. This worked great! Skiing out of SnowPark was close. Great wood burning fireplace!

Great location and spacious

Short distance to Deer Valley lifts either by car or shuttle. Very spacious and comfortable. Check in was through a third party Vacasa. They said they would send the access code the day before but required me calling late in the day to get it. The front access code was finicky. Locked us out and needed to call during a blizzard to get help to get in. Kitchen is well supplied with dishes, cookware etc but only one dish towel and only salt and pepper. Convenient laundry off the kitchen.

Very disappointing

The condo was hugely disappointing. From not being provided instructions on how to use the lock, just a code when more was required, to a failure of instructions on how to use the TV that had four remotes, the coffee machine, the thermostat…. The bedroom rug was curled up and a tripping hazard, the sheets smelled, there were no tissues, salt and pepper, or other basics. No bathroom hook for a wet towel, the shower curtain was falling down, pictures and lampshades were crooked. No wood for the fireplace. Several feet of snow on the back patio, a tiny travel hairdryer from 1970 that died within five minutes of use. Dust and dog hair everywhere. It smelled like grandma‘s apartment. Very disappointing. The furniture itself was fine, but the condition of the home was dated and shabby. Looked like dogs had been chewing on the wooden stair banister, carpets were stained and patched in. Nothing had been updated in 30+ years. No amenities provided, no consideration to the guest experience. Tons of old kitchenware, but no salt, pepper olive oil to be able to actually cook. I don't need a meat mallet and a cake mixer, but I would've liked to have been able to make eggs without investing in $50 of pantry staples.

Perfect house for skiing holiday.

We loved this spacious, well appointed home. It had everything we needed to feel like we were at home - but with the added benefit of being minutes from deer valley resort and historic park city.

Perfect stay for a ski holiday

Stayed with three couples for a few days of skiing and it was perfect. Easy access via car or shuttle buses to Deer Valley and Park City. Not a bad walk to either when not too cold. Highly recommend!
