Located in Mountain Village at the base of the Park City Mountain Resort boasts one of the best locations in Park City for skiing and downtown activities. Home of Olympic Park & Sundance, winter and summer fun await.

This unit is unique in that it can be divided into 2 units for a separate hotel room set up with a full bath, mini-fridge, dining table, toaster & Keurig that locks off from the 1 BR/2BA side with a kitchen.
The space
This unit has a view of the skating rink & there are many indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, an indoor/outdoor heated pool, gym, locker room with dry sauna and steam room, washer/dryers on the 3rd floor just down the hall. There is even an indoor jacuzzi right across the hall from the loft bedroom with a view of the ski mountain!

Inside your unit, there is a big screen TV in each room, a bedroom off the living room with a queen bed, Keurig and a mini-fridge, a 2nd queen bed upstairs in the loft with a pullout queen sofa bed that has a very comfortable memory foam mattress. Work at the desk in the loft if you must.
Other things to note
LONG-TERM STAYS ARE WELCOME FOR THE OFF-SEASON MONTHS OF APRIL-DEC 15. STAYS OF 30 DAYS OR LONGER DO NOT PAY TAXES.

And, for those who want to come to Park City to work from home, there is a dedicated fiber line running into our building that gets up to 1 gig in the offseason. You will have your own SSID and password, and I have provided a wireless ethernet port for those who need to use an ethernet cable for their connection.

Excellent location. Right at the base of the PC Mountain with a great view of the skating rink. Condo was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. We did not use the hot tub because it was closed for repairs. Would stay there again!

Great communication with our host! The unit was immaculate with clear attention to comfort and quality for guests. Comfortable beds, well equipped efficient kitchen with oven and mini dishwasher, coffee maker, and crockpot for those easy meals that will be ready for you after a long day. Host even had shampoo and conditioner in showers. Location was so convenient for a day on the slopes, easy to come in for lunch and head back out. Parking convenient with luggage carts available to load and unload. Beautiful festive view of the ice skating rink lit up at night and mountains in the distance. Such a nice host, highly recommend!

Comfy and Convenient! A beautiful stay!

Our family (2 adults and 2 teens) truly enjoyed staying at Laura's place in Park City! You could NOT be closer to the slopes! We walked out of the condo and into the snow at the base of Payday and Crescent! This made it easy for each person in our family to ski as long as they wanted and then come in. Everything was so convenient! We loved watching the ice skaters right out of our window. We enjoyed the vaulted living space and comfy couch. The bedroom for the adults was comfortable, and the upstairs loft was well suited for our teens. We loved having 3 full bathrooms as well! We relaxed in the hot tub after skiing, and also enjoyed having Apres restaurants and 2 markets right at our condo. We walked into downtown Park City several times (about 10 minutes), and could also quickly catch the city bus or Uber right outside the condo. Laura was easy to reach and very responsive to anything we needed. Thank you so much for a wonderful family vacation!

Amazing Location!

This location can’t be beat! We loved the easy access to the chairlift/ski school/childcare center that were all just a few steps out the condo door! Our kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs/exercise room/sauna/steam room. Our daughter loved ice skating in the beautiful rink that the condo looks out to. The condo was perfect for our family of 6. It was cute, very clean and Laura was very helpful leading up to and during our stay. We look forward to coming back!
