Viehättävä asunto, jossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, valoisa ja toimiva, sydämessä Parma, vain muutaman askeleen päässä kappeli Duomo ja tärkeimmät nähtävyydet dela sekä kaupungin alueella ostos. Huoneistossa on remontoitu täydellisesti, joka on juuri päättynyt. Hanke oli kokonaisuutta ohjaa kriteerit talteen niin paljon kuin mahdollista kunkin kohteen preesesistente ja huomiota energiansäästöön. Keski travoni otettiin sitten talteen asunnossa ja palkkien oleskelutilassa. Se on myös puhdistettu ja kiinnitetty seinään tiilipinnat olohuoneessa. Energia-päivitystä, se on toteutettu lämmitys / ilmastointi ja kuuman veden tuottamiseen lämpöpumppujen. Ne on korvattu kaikki nykyiset sisäovet uusilla eristys ja ikkunoita on hyttysverkot. Asunto (noin 70 neliömetriä. Gross) koostuu olohuone keittokomero, iso kahden hengen huone, toinen makuuhuone kaksi erillistä vuodetta, pukuhuone ja kylpyhuone (ikkunallinen). Ja 'etelään päin ja siksi erittäin valoisa ja miellyttävä. E 'on varustettu kaikilla mukavuutta: lämmitys ja ilmastointi split, satelliitti-TV, pesukone, astianpesukone, induktio liesi, Wi-Fi. Huoneisto sijaitsee Lusignanin Palace, kahdeksastoista luvun rakennuksessa sydämessä historiallisen keskustan Parman ja näkymät tie tasavallasta Street, kohtisuoraan tähän, johtaa San Giovanni neliön juuri kautta Cairoli ei. 15. Taksilla asemalta niille saapuvat junalla tai Mentana avenue niille, jotka olivat autossa, taksi, joka maksaa noin 7 euroa, se on muutaman minuutin huoneisto. Me omistajat asuvat Colorno, miellyttävä kylä noin 15 km. keskustasta Parma. Vaikka emme tietenkään voi olla aina paikallaan, mutta me takaamme jatkuvaa ja järjestelmällistä vieraille mitään tarvetta.
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Luostari. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi keittiön ja älytelevision.

We loved Heart of Parma. Cesare was easy to communicate with. Check-in and out was smooth. Location is great, right in the heart of the city. Apartment was very quiet. Kitchen well stocked with the basics. Perfect for a four night stay for my wife and I. If we are lucky enough to return to Parma, we would definitely stay here again.

Very lovely apartment in the best part of Parma! Yes there are 8 sets of stairs (4 flights) to get to the apartment but it wasn’t that bad. Good AC in each room, a small clothes washing machine, and a kitchen with everything you need. Comfortable (firm) beds and pillows, lots of storage. It took us a moment to figure out how to open the screens and then shutters but once we did, it was amazing. Thank you for a phenomenal stay!

This apartment was a great place to take refuge from the heat. We didn't know (or maybe remember?) that there were flights of stairs up to the apartment. but once we got our luggage up, the stairs were fine. Our host was easy to communicate with and the apartment was very clean and comfortable.

This is a nice clean apartment in a great location. We were quite comfortable; Howe, we are concerned that when we burned our toast and filled the entire apartment with smoke, the ventilation was broken. These hosts are very responsive, so we believe this will certainly be taken care of. Also, be forewarned that there are 80 steps to climb to reach the apartment! This was not a problem for us, but perhaps it could be for some guests.

Our stay was quiet, comfortable and clean. The apartment was stocked with water, coffee and everything we needed for our stay. Cesare was an amazing host! He went out of his way to help us by getting us bubble wrap to pack our wine and even calling a taxi for us. Great location and highly recommended!

Cesare met us upon arrival, and even helped carry our bags up the five flights of stairs. The apartment is perfectly clean and serviceable, and the location was outstanding for us. All in all it was a memorable stay in Parma.

5 day Autumn break for 3 in Central Parma.

Excellent location near city centre but in a very quiet street. Bedrooms of good size. Shower and washing machine both functioned well. Bedding was rather light for the autumn. Quite a climb up 8 sets of stairs with suitcases! Living room would have been tight for 4 people. Many interesting shops, cafes and churches close by. Many thanks to Cesare and Roberta

I highly recommend staying at this apartment in the heart of Parma. The hosts are fabulous. Very attentive and helpful. The apartment was very cozy, clean and well stocked. The location was incredible!!! Walking distance to almost every historical site in Parma. Restaurants in abundance and incredible retail shopping too!

The property was as described. Well located, clean, beds were comfortable. We were unfamiliar with the induction cooktop but manuals were provided and we figured it out. We were aware of the stairs - one of us is 84 years old and still managed these, but good to keep this in mind. The hosts were communicative, we were sorry we couldn't meet them! Thank you for a lovely visit.

Great Location

We just finished three weeks in “The Hear of Parma “. It is a lovely little apartment - well thought out with everything to make a stay enjoyable. We especially enjoyed the location within walking distance of not only the train station but interesting shops, wonderful restaurants and churches. Please note, there are 64 steps to the apartment but well worth the walk. Allows more calories for gelato.

Best Location!

We had the best time in Parma. The apartment was only 4 minutes walk from the Visitors Center and 5 minutes walk from Via Farini. The accommodations were warm, clean and very quiet. Parking: No problem. Just a matter of leaving the car at Parcheggio Repubblica and factoring in the 8.50 Euros per day. It is 14 minutes straightforward walk from parking to apartment. Roberta and Cesare were very helpful.

Un bel appartement parfaitement situé, confortable, propre, bien aménagé, agréable à vivre. Il donne sur une cour, il est très calme. Nous y avons passé de très bonnes nuits. Il y a tout le confort : cuisine aménagée, wifi, machine à laver, lave vaisselle, TV etc... Les propriétaires sont arrangeants. Bref un séjour très agréable!

Without a doubt you should stay here.

Without a doubt you should stay here. The location is excellent it is an easy walk to all of the sites in the city that you're going to want to see and it is an easy walk to dozens of excellent restaurant. The unit is very well-equipped with a full kitchen and everything that you did. The Wi-Fi is strong the air conditioning is good the only drawback for some might be that it's up four flights of stairs. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

"Heart of Parma"

Spent a month in this lovely, comfortable gem of an apartment. Owners Roberta and Cesare thought of every detail and made it a home away from home. And, there's a "gelato" shop right at the of the block! The location is convenient and perfect to explore the Emilia-Romagna region. I highly recommend it!

Quiet, clean, great location

This is a most pleasant apartment. It is located close to the Duomo. It is clean, fresh, quiet, well appointed, well taken care of. We cooked in each night, with all we needed utensil-wise. The washing machine was nice for our 4 day stay.
