Beautiful traditional 3-bedroom stone house with splendid views over the bay of Krotiri and the port of Parikia. The wind-protected beach of Marcello is only 5 minutes walk away and the villa enjoys access to a spacious common swimming pool just below.
The space
This beautiful villa hosts comfortably 6 person in two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom.

On the ground floor, there is the living room/kitchen/dining room area, with double doors opening to the big terrace where there is a second dining table, a BBQ and a lounging area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a big fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, cooker and oven, coffee machine, kettle etc. Huge flat screen televison and free wifi Internet.

Downstairs you will find the 3 bedrooms, from which the two double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower and next to the twin bedroom there is another bathroom. There is also a washing machine for your convenience.

Plenty of linen and towels, including pool towels provided plus a travel-type baby cot with linen if needed.

Individuallycontrolled air condition units in all the rooms including the living room and standing fans also available.
