Horrendous experience and stay

I would discourage anyone from staying here, especially if you’re a foreigner tourist. We felt unsafe and uncomfortable during our stay because there was no manager or security on the premises. This allowed for belligerently drunken guests to party until past midnight. The guests yelled out racial slurs and were cursing at us for speaking to the one guard for some problem solving, and there was nothing done about this. There was no one to fix the problem at night and the next morning, the hotel was unaware of what happened the night before and didn’t take any measures or responsibility for that matter.

Beautiful Property and Setting. Still working the bugs out. Construction going on just outside our sliding window door. room 1. Also staff very polite however need to be trained more. Waited for breakfast until after 10 AM. No chef, so we left

El desayuno es un micro buffet de autoservicio. El lugar, las vistas, ayudan a hacerlo agradable. El personal dispuesto, aunque limitado... su concepto de "Comunidad Parvada" parece una burla, ya que el hotel, la casa club y el restaurante no se hablan entre sí y estando en la alberca tuve que ir personalmente hasta el restaurante para comprar un par de aperol spritz (agradezco al gerente del restaurante Nido su atención al facilitarme 2 copas, pues querían servirme las bebidas en vasos desechables). El lugar tiene las mejores vistas, las instalaciones son de calidad y bellamente decoradas, la alberca increíble, el personal se esfuerza por cubrir estas deficiencias y es conciente que la experiencia del cliente es mala por esta falta de integración entre ellos.
La alberca está a la temperatura perfecta.

El lugar es sumamente cómodo para relajarte, está muy bien cuidado, el paisaje es increíble Solo que creo que le falta señalización de donde es el hotel y donde es el restaurante, fuera de eso todo excelente. El vapor estaría genial que pusieran una opción para entrar en pareja ya que el vapor está en los baños
