BEDROOMS

Master Bedroom:

Nestled on the first floor, offering a queen-size bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring a unique indoor garden, A/C, nightstands, and lamps for a tranquil ambiance.



Second Floor Bedroom:

Housing 1 King Bed and a 1 Twin Bed, equipped with A/C, a private balcony overlooking the gardens, and access to a half bath plus a guest bathroom on the first floor.



Detached Guest Apartment: A cozy space with a bunk bed (1 full bed on bottom, 1 single on top, 1 nest twing bed on bottom), ensuite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort.



KITCHEN AND DINING

A fully-equipped kitchen that opens to an inviting outdoor dining area and terrace, perfect for enjoying meals amidst the beauty of the surrounding gardens.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the whole house except for two storage rooms, one inside the house by the staircase and the other on the back of the house by the laundry area.



The Neighborhood:

Esterillos Oeste is located off coastal Highway 34, about 1.5 hours from San Jose Airport and just 20 minutes south of one of Costa Rica’s most developed beach towns, Jaco. Although Jaco is only a short drive away, Esterillos Oeste remains quiet and peaceful. The town is surrounded mostly by patches of rice fields, grazing cattle, and thick tropical rainforest.



Once you arrive in the modest town center near the beach, (2 min drive) you will find grocery stores, restaurants,, and a mix of simple homes with larger houses in the surrounding hills. Esterillos Oeste is a fishing town, and it's known for its amazing surfing breaks, miles of untouched jungle that meets the ocean, and it's perfect for taking long walks on the beach.

There is also a sizable population of expats from around the globe that have settled here.



Getting Around:

It is best if you have your own car since the house is not walking distance to the beach. You can always request a red cab to move around town or go visit other nearby beaches. Nevertheless, if you're not driving a car we recommend mobilizing using Uber taxi service if you have access to any smartphone device. Note that if you want to hang out in playa Esterillos Oeste it will take you around 14 min to walk to the beach or nearby restaurants. The distance to cover is around 1.1 km (0.7 miles). If any assistance is needed to set up transportation or even rent a car please don't hesitate to contact us.



Other Things to Note:

- This is not a party house, if you plan to party hard or celebrate bachelors parties, this is not your preferable place to stay. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.
