Located in a quiet yet strategic area near the Ponte Coperto and less than 5 minutes’ walk from the center of Pavia, you can easily reach it by public transport or car, with free parking available nearby.



The main entrance is on the third floor (no elevator) and overlooks the main street. The apartment is bright and quiet. All rooms have heating, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.



The property comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests, with two double bedrooms and one bathroom. It’s in the heart of Pavia, just 43 km from Milan, and well connected by public transport, including the Pavia-Milano Rogoredo railway, Linate airport, and the ring road to Milano Rho Fiera.



The home includes: entrance, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry room.



Kitchen: fully equipped with dining table, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, as well as dishes, pots, and utensils.



"Azzurra" bedroom: double bed, large wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, desk for smart working, armchair, TV unit, and Smart TV.



"Verde" bedroom: double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, desk for smart working, armchair, TV unit, and Smart TV.



Bathroom: sink, WC, bidet, shower, hairdryer.



Laundry: washing machine, sink, drying rack, iron, ironing board.
