DETAILS: Pawleys Plantation is a secure gated community boasting fabulous homes and condos throughout, all on the Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course. This beautiful condo is spacious and bright. With two Queen Bedrooms and a King Suite, this condo is absolutely everything you want for your vacation or golf trip. An inviting living room and a beautiful view of the golf course are only part of what makes this a special unit. Rest well and play hard while surrounded by mature landscaping and lovely, picturesque surroundings. Nothing more to ask for, this has it all. This home is a pet-friendly property. We do charge a pet fee, so please notify the rental office if you are bringing a pet. *No long-term reservations. Anything over 2 weeks is not permitted.

Beautiful

The condo is beautiful. Very comfortable and has everything needed to enjoy a perfect vacation. If you're planning to golf, head to the beach , shop or enjoy the many many restaurants this is the place. Peace vacations is wonderful to work with and answered any questions we had quickly.

We were there for our daughter's wedding, at Pawleys Plantation Golf & Country Club. We wanted to be close to the venue and this was a perfect spot. House was spacious and beautifully decorated. The morning sunrise view from the screened in porch, was a great way to start the day.

Memorial Day getaway

This is a great location for two or three couples or a family. Located on the ninth fairway of the Pawley Plantation Golf and Country club, perfect if you are looking to play some golf. The beach is a ten minute drive, and easy access to the shops and restaurants on Ocean Drive. We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the screened-in porch.

Great location and layout.

Great property to stay at. It was in a great location and very clean. It was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. A couple of board games were great for the family and a wonderful selection of books. The property management company was so easy to work with and had great communication so our check in was seamless even though we came in late. Close to great restaurants, golf, and access to the beach. I would highly recommend renting this property.

Great place

Great place to stay just 4.5 miles from the beach and right on the golf course! The condo was very clean and had been recently updated. The bathrooms had older tile, tubs and shower stalls but they were functional and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve meals. Great place to stay in a quiet and safe community! Would definitely stay there again.

The house was beautiful, had everything we could have used. Was located by so many things, shops, restaurants and the guards at the gate were so pleasant each time we entered. We had one minor issue with plumbing and the team came out quickly to help.

Perfect for adult get away

We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Very quiet and plenty of things around. We were unable to shower in one of the bathrooms because no shower head. We just shared the other bathrooms.

Pawley's Island Experience

My wife and I have stayed at several places on or around Pawley's Island. This is one of the best. Comfortable beds, spacious living area, quiet, complete kitchen with all the necessaries. Plenty of silverware, dishes, pots and pans. Nice dining area. What more could you want.

The location is great. The space is great and in a quiet peaceful setting. Management company was very responsive when called. Only downside is it would be nice to be able to open the windows and have screens to get fresh air in the unit.

Housekeeping are excellent and honest but along with Maintenance they need to keep an eye out for issues as they care for the unit, the the mildew and mold we've had the past three years. A guest noticed it on their stay and was only there for a day when apparently it had been there for awhile. I do appreciate all the contact I have with Hannah and Shea they are very good and helpful. Thank you

Beautiful Retreat

Loved our stay at 145-1 Golden Bear. We were there for two months and it fit our needs to a tee. Beautiful view of the 9th hole. Had some construction happening on the building itself but it was manageable. Loved it so much we purchased one just like it a few buildings down. We will refer our friends to this one now. Lovely home❤️

Gorgeous Views!!!!

It is a very secluded and lovely place. Management was very receptive to everything. Everything at the condo was great including an A Plus bed. It is tough to find these days. Thank you again. We will be back. We had a great time.

The location was convenient for attending a family wedding at Pawleys Plantation, but unfortunately the condo itself was very disappointing and did not match expectations based on the photos. The kitchen and bathroom supplies were extremely minimal. There was no hand soap or dish soap in the kitchen, and only one powder dishwasher packet was provided. In the bathrooms, there was only a tiny bar of soap and a very small shampoo/conditioner combo, both smaller than typical travel-size items, and no hand soap at all. There was also no hair dryer available, so guests should plan to bring their own.The overall condition of the condo needs significant attention. All of the bedrooms appear to need new carpet, the bar stools are peeling, and the tile in all of the bathrooms needs to be replaced. The grout was dirty, and the showers and tubs did not feel clean. There was also unfinished towel bar mounting hardware left on the all of the bathroom walls, which added to the lack of upkeep.It was also disappointing that only the primary bedroom had both a ceiling fan and a TV. We also found a half-dead cockroach in the kitchen.Most concerning of all was the front door lock. We believed the door was locked when leaving, but later discovered that it was not secure. That is a serious safety issue and completely unacceptable, especially if you are traveling with your fur-bablies.
