Overall the property is clean and quiet. Needs some updates like plug-ins for technology. The real issue I had this visit is that the lounge advertised special for the NHL playoffs but the staff had no idea and charged me full price.

We arrived quite late (just before midnight) after a long day on the road from Calgary. Dave greeted us warmly at the front desk and had us set up with our room super quick. Shortly after getting to our nice big room we realized that that toilet was not working. I ran down to the desk and Dave set us up with another nearby room without hesitation. We’ll explore the restaurant for breakfast in the morning but our first impression of Chateau Nova has been overwhelmingly positive.
