Residence from 2006, located on the slope, close the VANOISE EXPRESS and the Peisey chairlift, in which the ESF and the nursery are located. Ideal for families with small children. This residence have 33 apartments with indoor parking spaces (for most apartments).
Very nice flat of 50 m ² located in a central residence built in 2006, on the slopes, close the VANOISE EXPRESS (acces to LA PLAGNE) and the PEISEY chairlift (acces to LES ARCS).
This apartment for 4 people is composed of an entrance hall, a comfortable living room with a kitchenette and 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and direct acces to the balcony and the other one with 2 single beds.
There is also a shower room, a bathroom and separated toilets.
Located on the 3rd floor, with lift, you will have a view over the valley.
Equipment: traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, television. Free WIFI
Rented with a covered parking space in the residence.
Rented with a ski locker.

Sanitary: a bathroom with bath and separate toilet. A shower room

You will collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be invoiced on deposit: 10 € per bed, 25 € per missing mattress, 300 € for the replacement of the furniture.
