On the night on the night of October 19th we had issues with being able to watch tv since it was malfunctioning. We notified the front desk but none of the fixes worked and we were told that they would let maintenance know of the issue.

The room was fine, but the bathroom was much to be desired. There were pubic hairs in the shower, like 7 which doesn't sound like a lot, but it looks like a lot. The shower head needs to be replaced, there was no pressure and the water pattern barely came out. Everything else was fine.
