Entertain dinner guests at the kitchen island with bar-style seating, or enjoy more private meals in the smaller adjoining dining space. After eating, relax in comfort and style – this home boasts 3 distinct and separate living areas, each with its own plush seating and large fireplace!

Wondering if you'll have enough space for your family and friends? Wonder no more – this home will take all the worry out of accommodating a large number of guests! The sleeping arrangements include one double bed, a double trundle with connected bath, two queen-sized sleep sofas, and the master bedroom, complete with a lovely en-suite master bath.

Just outside you'll find your private beach: a permanent dock, kayaks, large fire pit, and a propane grill, all on nearly 100 feet of lakefront! Go for a swim, lay on the beach and work on your tan, or launch a boat from the dock and explore scenic Keuka Lake and all it has to offer, right from your home.

Take a short boat ride around the bluff, and you'll find countless lakeside restaurants, such as the Lakeside Restaurant and Tavern, The Waterfront, and The Switzerland Inn. A quick drive north will take you to beautiful Keuka Lake State Park, where fantastic hiking and endless natural vistas await. Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
