🔘 Boathouse Lounge: A lakeside retreat near the water featuring lounge seating, refrigerator, and grill — perfect for summer days by the lake.

🔘 Two Private Side Units: Each side unit includes a private exterior entrance, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a kitchenette. These spaces are ideal for couples, grandparents, or guests who appreciate their own private living quarters while still being connected to the group.

🔘 All three units are connected internally, allowing the home to function as one large, cohesive retreat with optional privacy when desired.
