Welcome to our cozy retreat in Penn Yan, NY, nestled on a quiet hill surrounded by apple orchards and rolling vineyards. While there's a peek of Keuka Lake through the trees, the real charm here is the peaceful setting-perfect for sipping coffee on the porch, unwinding after a day of exploring, or just soaking in the fresh country air.

We bought this home in fall 2024 and fully renovated the interior to create a comfortable and inviting space for guests. While the inside is completely updated, we're continuing to make improvements to the outdoor spaces. Our driveway is shared with the friendly business next door, but once you arrive, you'll feel tucked away in your own private retreat. We live just a few miles away, so if you need anything during your stay, we're always happy to help!

Penn Yan and the surrounding Finger Lakes region are full of things to see and do:

Wineries & Breweries – Some of the best spots nearby include Abandon Brewing Co., Climbing Bines, Vineyard View, and plenty of other great wineries surrounding the lakes
Downtown Penn Yan – A short drive away, you’ll find quaint shops, cozy cafés such as Amity Coffee, and great local restaurants.
Wedding Venues – If you’re here for a wedding, venues like Crispin Hill, Esperanza View, and Belhurst Castle are all close by.
Outdoor Adventures – Hike or bike the Keuka Outlet Trail, rent a kayak, head down to Watkins Glenn, or take a scenic drive around the lake.

Harvest View is a recently renovated, modern home located in Penn Yan, NY, comfortably accommodating 6 guests, with arrangements available for up to 8 guests upon prior request. The main entrance is accessible via a ramp. The home includes 3 bedrooms—two on the main floor and one in the basement—and 2 bathrooms, both located on the main floor. The basement features a lounge area with a TV and ping-pong table, accessible from inside or via an exterior entrance.

*Early check-in may be allowed. No fee will be applied for the first hour before check-in. $25/hr in additional fees will be applied after the first hour.

*Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, cooking essentials), central air conditioning, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and TVs on both floors. Outdoors, guests have access to a full deck with seating and a grill.

*Parking is provided for up to 4 vehicles. Please park in front of the parking signs.

*We kindly request that guests observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors.

We really enjoyed our stay at Keuka Lake. The property was very nice and well maintained. It was nearly perfect for our needs on this trip. I would have really liked to have a fire pit to use for the cool/cold evenings. The owner was very responsive to any and all questions and the check-in/check-out was easy.

We would have loved a kettle and body wash and shampoo. Most the of the places we have stayed at always had toiletries provided so we were disappointed to see there wasn’t any. Apart from that we had a very comfortable stay.

House was amazing decorated beautifully with tranquil colors. Basement space and deck added extra relaxation areas. Kitchen was fully equipped to enjoy a meal after a day of visiting local wineries/breweries. Beds were comfortable location is also perfect.... close enough to downtown area but located in a peaceful area with a favorite winery and brewery located 1 mile away. Cant wait to return!

Extremely comfortable stay! We were in the area for Keuka College’s Green & Gold weekend. This VRBO is in a great location; proximity to Penn Yan, near some of the best wineries/breweries/distilleries, and short drive to Keuka College. All the essentials and comforts of home were provided to help make our family time memorable. The space was spotless. All the “little things” were thought of, including light switch labels, and an easy to control central air and heating. We are looking forward to our next visit (already booked!). Very peaceful location. It was a great home base for our stay to visit family. Loved sitting out on the deck. If you want a good workout, do a lap or 2 down to the main road and back up the hill. Hopefully we’ll be back on our next trip!

Peaceful Hilltop

This was an amazing stay!! Karl, the property manager, was very accommodating!! We were able to check-in early with no issues! The place is a hidden gem! Super clean and fresh. The overall design of the property is fantastic. My wife and I were in town to celebrate 4th of July with family and this we a wonderful rest bit from the family fun. It is so very quiet up there and the trees surrounding the property provide wonderful privacy! We will be back!!
