GENERAL- 10 minute drive from maritime town of Falmouth...- Set in an elevated position just outside the village of Mabe- Views of the surrounding countryside- Three sympathetically converted cottages- Ample parking space for one car per property- Shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer GROUND FLOOR- Stable door which leads into a pleasant living room- Comfortable seating, pine dining and well equipped fitted kitchen - Rear stable door opens to the back garden UPSTAIRS- Bedroom with a 5ft double bed - Bathroom W.C. with a hand basin, heated towel rail and a shower over a half size bath GARDEN- Shared lawned garden and a drying area for each at the rear LOCAL AREA- The village of Mabe, half a mile, has a post office / stores and a pub- Supermarket at Penryn 5 minutes drive- Beaches of Falmouth Bay are approximately 5 miles- Stithians Lake Country Park 4 miles away has a range of water-based activities - Flicka Foundation Horse and Donkey Sanctuary is close by - Gardens of Penjerrick, Glendurgan and Trebah, are less than a 15 minute drive PLEASE NOTE- Sorry, this property does not accept pets

Lovely cottage

We had a great stay at the cottage - it was clean and warm with a comfy bed. It's location is ideal for people looking to explore Cornwall - only 10 minute drive to Falmouth and a 45 minute drive to most places further afield like St Ives, Lands End or the Lizard. I would stay here again!

Lovely little cottage

Very convenient to be able to rent 2 cottages side by side to holiday with friends. Small but with everything you need and in a lovely quiet location. Recommend the New Inn pub down the road for a nice pub meal too.
