We needed more pillows and that was not a problem for the staff, if there was no staff on duty then we would have been stuck.so why not put 4 in each room.and we was told that breakfast was fully booked so your loss, how can you be full up.?

Hôtel correct, mais personnel à revoir, enfin le personne gérant l’accueil. Je souhaitais payer en chèques vacances et je l’ai spécifié directement sur ma réservation. Une fois arrivé : j’avais été prélevé. La personne de l’accueil me dit que l’on pourra me rembourser et que je puisse payer avec mes chèques avant mon départ. Enfin, quand je suis retournée voir cette personne elle m’a indiqué que c’était trop tard et qu’il avait clôturer la chambre. Vraiment déçu par le discours tenu et surtout un air condescendant. Chambre ok, douche moyennement nettoyée

Efficace et pratique

C'est efficace, mais manque de chaleur humaine. Du thé ou du café dans les chambres seraient appréciés car la machine à café à l'accueil ne marche pas. Tout à fait acceptable pour un arrêt rapide, chambre propre et de taille correcte, code pour entrer dans la chambre, donc pratique, mais froid. Hôtel en bordure d'autoroute assez bien.
