The Holiday Park is a lovely place to relax and enjoy nature. Although there are no swimming pools, bars or shops on site, you can explore the scenic surroundings, visit the nearby beach, or just chill out.

Whether you're looking for a family getaway, a romantic escape, or a solo adventure, Perranporth and the Caravan Park have something for everyone. Don't miss the opportunity to experience the beauty and charm.

The open plan lounge diner provides a comfortable living and social space for all to enjoy.

Wifi is available at no extra cost and the Smart TV allows you to access your personal Netflix and Amazon accounts.

The kitchen is fully equipped to help you whip up a succulent meal, however, if you are looking for a special treat there are numerous pubs and restaurants within walking distance.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, Smart TV (to sign into your own accounts only), wardrobe and small dressing table whilst the second bedroom has twin beds which can be converted to a double if required, Smart TV (to sign into your own accounts only), and a wardrobe.
Mattress and pillow protectors along with a microfibre duvet and pillows are provided for both rooms.

1 set of hired bed linen is included in the price for each room. Extra charges may apply if soiled or damaged.

The family bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. Towels are not included but shower and bath mats are included with a hand towel.

The caravan features a spacious decking area to the side, complete with stylish rattan furniture and a parasol—perfect for relaxing outdoors in comfort and shade.

Helston 5 comes fully equipped for beachside adventures, offering two windbreaks, a handy beach trolley, beach tent, four camping chairs, four folding beach sunloungers, a beach mat, and a cool box—everything you need for a comfortable and carefree day by the sea.

We welcome dogs (2 maximum) but you must ensure that you bring sufficient throws / blankets / towels to protect the sofas and beds and to dry your dog(s) before entering the caravan.
Extra charges may apply if damage is found or extra cleaning is required.
Dogs are not to be left unsupervised in the caravan at any point.
Regrettably, we are unable to accept any dog breeds that are registered under the Dangerous Dogs Act and includes XL Bully. This is a site policy.

Charging of electric vehicles is strictly prohibited. It is your responsibility to identify a local charging point.

For insurance purposes, it is important that you provide the correct information at the time of booking.
