Very disappointing for a 4* hotel. A tiny bottle of water in the room cost $5, the price you pay for your room it should be free. Leaking roof inside the main lobby area as well as the undercover walkways is not acceptable for somewhere like the crown. Breakfast in the lobby we weren't allowed to sit at the tables had to eat in the coffee area. Food was lukewarm and the sourdough bread was fried and greasy. My daughters egg was very underdone. Would not recommend Crown to anyone. Overpriced and underwhelming!!

The receptionist at check in bless her she was amazing. Room was clean and quiet In room dining service was good the food wasn’t great cold and soggy. Free parking & free wifi is also a bonus

It was my wife’s birthday and was a surprise treat for her. I had asked via email if there was anyway if they could surprise her and they gave us a bottle of wine with a warm message. We both had a wonderful time and the hotel definitely made it special for us. The staff were all so welcoming and wonderful. The room was beautiful and clean. Thank you 🙏

I choose this hotel due to it’s location and thought because it was apart of crown it would be amazing. I was wrong. After informing the staff I was there because my father in law past away the night before I caught the first flight available. I was exhausted.Check in was a nightmare due to the computers going down. Having to wait for over half an hour with my 3 year old grandson wasn’t great. 3rd night in, the tv in the room would constantly turn off. This wasn’t great with a 3 year old watching his shows. I reported it twice before anything was done the following day. Terrible.. I would not choose to stay there again.

Our stay at Crown Promenade Perth was exceptional from start to finish. The room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with a wonderfully comfortable bed. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist, making us feel truly welcomed. The location is perfect—close to dining, entertainment, and the Swan River. We enjoyed the access to Crown’s facilities, especially the pool and restaurants. Highly recommended for a relaxing, stylish stay in Perth.
