-A complimentary initial pack of amenities is provided upon arrival. Any additional supplies required during the stay will be the responsibility of the guests.



GUESTS



Guests are required to complete the verification form, provide valid photo ID and pay the security deposit at least 24 hours before check-in.

Please do not book on behalf of other people.

Companies are welcome but bookings must be made under the traveler's name.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit



Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a refundable AUD $500 damage deposit through our secure external system, Safeguest.

Only physical photo identification (driver's licence or passport) is accepted. Digital IDs cannot be accepted.

The damage deposit is fully refundable after check-out, provided no damages are reported.

Guests will be required to upload a photo of their ID and a selfie through Safeguest.

For the comfort and security of our guests and the property, this home is equipped with a noise monitoring device that monitors noise levels only. It does not record conversations or audio and is used solely to help prevent excessive noise and ensure compliance with house rules.



There is also one camera/intercom system located at the front entrance of the property, monitoring the front entry area only. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in any private outdoor areas.
