Travel cot available on request. Welcome pack.. Grounds with sitting-out area and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are steps in grounds of the property.. With uninterrupted views across stunning countryside, Steading Cottage is a traditional stone property which has been fully renovated on the inside to provide stylish accommodation with a rustic feel. This traditional stone cottage was once part of a farm steading, which has been successfully converted to provide holiday accommodation to an excellent standard.

Steading Cottage, where all accommodation has the advantage of being at ground floor level, enjoys the welcoming comfort of a wood burning stove, making this cottage a cosy choice, whatever the season! The property is tastefully furnished throughout and is very well appointed. Steading Cottage is situated on a working farm at West Newton of Balcanquhal, only 2 miles from the pretty, rural village of Glenfarg where amenities include a shop, play park and tennis courts.

Steading Cottage is idyllically positioned for those seeking a single storey tranquil, rural retreat surrounded by magnificent scenery in the heart of Perth and Kinross, coupled with being an excellent base to explore the many delights on offer across Central Scotland and beyond. Beach 18½ miles. Pub and restaurant 4 miles.
