Private rents independent attic apartment with small private garden and large terrace with spectacular views of Lake Garda, just renovated in Peschiera del Garda hills, surrounded by greenery and a five-minute drive from Lake Garda and the center of the country. Air conditioning, large double bedroom with third bed availability and access to the terrace. Living room with fireplace, sofa very comfortable double bed, and access to the large terrace with table, chairs, umbrella and chairs. Kitchenette to view with electric oven and refrigerator with freezer, dishes etc with pots. Bathroom with shower toilet bidet sink and washing machine. On the ground floor entrance with access staircase to the apartment and access to the private garden equipped with pin pong. Shaded car parking facilities.
