Hotel was listed as renovated but hotel was currently being renovated meaning construction clutter everywhere. Amenities not working due to current renovation. Staff were nice but room was very run down.

Mediocre

I think the hotel is experiencing a bed bug issue. Upon checking in we saw new bedding and mattresses being stored in a room visible from the main walk way. Our room also had a new bed, paint, and carpet. The night prior to leaving my husband saw a bug crawling on the bathroom floor took a picture and loaded into Google and it was identified as a bed bug. We immediately checked our luggage and took proper steps to ensure we didnt bring them home w/ us. Im hlad they're working to improve the problem. The breakfast offered each day of our stay was horrible. Meat was offered on the last stay as an option but it was stemed sausage. If you choose this hotel plan to eat elsewhere

Working on renovations. Not the neatest caulk job in the bathroom. But room was clean, bed was fine, towels were fresh. Room smelled fine. Breakfast was good for continental. Waffles, bagels, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee, eggs, creamed dried beef.

The carpet feels and looks muddy, there are stains everywhere on the carpet, the faucet isn’t working right and the smell of insecticide on the elevator is overwhelming. Thankfully, we had Claritin on us. However, the staff was welcoming and the beds were comfortable.

Although bed was comfortable and room was clean, it had a very strong perfume odor. At check in, we had to wait for help, because they were busy with cleaning rooms still at 430 in the afternoons. Reception area was very dirty with disgusting stains on the sofa and other upholstery furniture.

When I arrived on the 17th of July that evening I was very exhausted, the front desk guy was very nice and kind , great customer service, etc… He was actually awesome. Breakfast was ok very little options and the staff lady seem as if she wasn’t in the mood to be working that morning but overall it was a great stay thanks to the front desk guy is why I actually stayed.

Front desk was rude .Then they took my brand new clothes from my room. Saying they thought it was trash. Asked front desk about it and they found them.Soiled with coffee you would think they would compensate for it but. I was Handel like it wasn't a problem. So watch your belongings
