The day we arrived we were greeted by the very friendly fella at the desk. He was very friendly and offered some great suggestions and tips for our stay in the area. Passed several employees in the hotel throughout the couple days and they were all so friendly. A sweet gal in the elevator, that was an employee, made sure our room and everything was ok. We really appreciated that everyone went out of their way to make it a wonderful stay! Our view was spectacular! Would definitely stay again

Major noice problem

Hotel was OK, but we had 2 hours of loud noise from the room above ours the second night of our stay. We called down to the front desk but they were unable/unwilling to address the issue.

The hotel needs some maintenance. The toilet ran, the tub drained very slowly and there is mold in the bathroom. The fitted mattress cover and sheet didn't fit the king bed and kept coming off. The breakfast was excellent.

The room was beautiful with a great view. It was very clean and spacious. The jacuzzi tub was clean and there was plenty of hot water. I have to say I found the fake fireplace tacky, though. Also, for the price of the room, I would expect better toilet paper and kleenex--it was the worst I've ever had to use.

The room, view and staff were great! The pool was filthy and we could not swim in it, one of the main reasons for selecting this location! Attention needs to be paid to the pool, hot tub and dry sauna.

We had a suite on the fourth floor. If possible, when staying there, ask for a room over the 'valley'. The breakfast was ok. The room was very nice and had the amenities that we expected and more, even a laundry basket in the bathroom!

The hotel is totally dated. It’s starts from the point you walk in, from the lobby to the elevator to the room, everything is dates, staff was nice, breakfast was decent but for the price we paid for one night for single bed which was over 300$ is absolutely not worth it.
