Great house for our family of 4 to stay for the long holiday weekend. It included every amenity needed with lots of attention to details. The location was perfect to take short trips into downtown or short drives to Harbor Springs. It's also steps away from the beach, park and a nice boardwalk. Highly recommended.

Cozy Gem

Perfect for any time of year, we were here for freezing cold and half foot of snow for a family ski weekend. Very well kept, cared for. Beautifully renovated. Large kitchen and living room area could seat 10 easily, huge TV and surround sound, well appointed lighting. Beds are comfortable, but bedrooms and master bed are small. The lower bunk being a full bed allowed us to stay with a younger child for bedtime. Constance was welcoming and helpful. Basics like laundry detergent and kitchen items you may need are there already which was wonderful with a young family. We hope to return to this haven.

Great location, well appointed and very clean

We had a great stay. The house is very well equipped, with everything from games and DVDs to a well stocked kitchen if you decide to cook. While the bedrooms are quite small, the beds were good and the living area is spacious and comfortable. Communication was also clear and responsive. Recommend.

Another great stay!

We stay here every year because it's perfect for a small girl getaway. Walk to downtown or along the lake. Sit by the fireplace and take in the lake views, the house is always super clean and stocked with all the essentials. Thanks again for offering a wonderful space.

Sunset by the Bay is comfortable, extremely well equipped and super clean. We had a great view of the waves crashing over the breakwall as we relaxed all cozy by th fireplace. Wintry weather made our visit to Petoskey extra beautiful . Connie is a great host!

Excellent location and service

We came to Petoskey in October to see the fall colors. This location was perfect for walking and for driving to all of the fall color tours. The unit is very clean and comfortable, containing everything you need.

This place has really earned a glowing review. We had every amenity you could ask for including laundry & dishwasher detergent, spare towels, close extra parking, beautiful views of the water with convenient access to bike/walking path, bonus kitchen supplies, and quality household items that all actually worked. The list could go on and on. And I feel like this is the first VRBO I’ve ever really desired to return to and make another trip around.

This cottage is perfectly situated, clean, with a water front view to see the “Endless Sunsets”. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure that your stay is enjoyable, pleasant and safe. Responds to calls and texts very quickly. This was our 4th stay and it won’t be the last!!

Great Rental

Location was prefect, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Extremely well equipped and quite possibly the cleanest and most organized rental we have ever had. My only complaint (if I had to give one) would be the bedrooms are very small and the queen bed was really squeaky. We would definitely rent this property again.

Attention to every detail

Great home right on Little Traverse Bay. Everything you could possibly need was provided. Host was very communicative and ensured everything was as expected. Close to downtown area and an easy walk if desired along the Wheelway. Or enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the walkers and dogs pass by while enjoying the waterfront view. Will definitely return! Listing is exactly what we arrived to.

Love the View

What a wonderful spot to relax with family and friends. The bedrooms are a bit cozy but the beds are comfy. The living room is wonderful. Lots of space and good seating to enjoy time with friends or just gaze out at the bay. The fireplace created a warm spot to relax on a blustery winter evening.

Lovely Fall Stay on Lake Michigan

This is a sweet two bedroom home adjacent to park and trail. We enjoyed beautiful fall foliage and walked each day along the trail. Great multiuse trail! Our host was great! We recommend you consider this property for your visit to Petosky and the area.
