MUITO A MELHORAR

Atendimento da recepção muito bom, pessoal educado, atencioso e rápido. Porém o quarto o ar condicionado não gela, a cama não é confortável, o travesseiro estava com mancha, apenas uma toalha no banheiro, não disponibilizam shampoo, condicionador. ELEVADOR dá um tranco na parada de cada andar, não aparenta segurança, e para um elevador essa fator é de fundamental importância.

O único atendente que merece parabéns é JOHN, ele entrou em contato antes oferecendo pacote e procurou resolver todos os meus problemas na estadia! Os outros atendentes pouco se interessavam e nem prestavam informações demonstrando desprezo ao cliente!
