Recently renovated, beautiful, and cozy 3BR house located in a historic area. Close to amazing local restaurants (Union Jack's), Wissahickon trails, coffee shops, malls, and convenient access by train or car into city.

The Home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Working washer, dryer, internet, an office, 75-inch smart TV, electric fireplace, central a/c and other necessary amenities. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, fridge, and a gas range/oven.
Lomakoti on saanut mahtavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Keswick Theatre. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Lovely little home that was ideal for a group of friends in town for a wedding. Very clean and well stocked, and the host was very communicative prior to check in. One thing to note is that the stairs to the attic room are a bit precarious and the room itself is a little sparse. But it worked for our purposes!

Upscale and Adorable

There were 6 of us staying for a family reunion in the Philly area. Our other relatives live close by so this was the perfect suburban location in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house is beautifully renovated with high end finishes and sparkling clean. My uncle & aunt, cousin and his wife stayed in the 2nd floor bedrooms. I slept on the very comfortable day bed 4 steps from the powder room on the first floor. It was like having my own ensuite. My husband slept on the 3rd floor, which has 2 twin beds and a separate air conditioning unit. The owner was nice enough to let us check in early so we can turn down the AC, put away our perishable groceries, and turn on the lights so we didn't walk into a dark house before we picked up our relatives who were flying into PHL after 8:00pm.The decor throughout was modern and upscale. The kitchen was well equipped even though we didn't do any cooking. The big dining room table accommodated the 6 of us for breakfast, which was the only meal we ate at this house. The 80" TV had all the streaming channels one could possibly want. Oh, and there was even a wine fridge!If we ever need to stay in the Philly area again, we would rent this place.

Wonderful modern compact home in charming neighborhood

7 night stay was wonderful. Only improvement would be firmer mattresses. The master was OK but the other two we used were very soft and unsupportive. Still, glad we chose this property for our week in the area. Parking is not an issue at all. Most neighbors park on the street and finding a spot wasn’t at all difficult. Close to lots of local eateries. Very safe area - loved seeing all the parents walking their kids to the bus stop on weekday mornings. The kind of place I’d like to live.

Third time staying at this property

We have stayed here three times in four years. (Would have been four but it was unavailable during our dates last year). It is clean and quiet with a giant tv and plenty of room to hang out and play games and watch movies. 10/10

We had an excellent stay! The property was extremely clean and accommodating, making our entire stay relaxing and safe. The beds were comfortable, and we felt right at home. One note for future families: the daybed listed as a double futon is actually a twin, so it will only accommodate one person. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it's good to know for those that may need that. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay again!

Comfortable, upgraded home perfect for Philly visit!

We enjoyed our week-long stay at this property very much! Everything in the home is well-appointed and upgraded. During our stay, we toured Philly, visited Lancaster, saw Gettysburg and Valley Forge. We also took the nearby NJ light rail up to NYC for the day. This property provided an excellent home base for us. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and secure. We enjoyed seeing fireflies outside at night. The air conditioning works very well--it never let us down during the June heat wave. We appreciated the laundry facilities and soft linens on the comfy beds. My kids had plenty of space to spread out, and we loved relaxing on the couch and watching movies together as a family after a day of sightseeing. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. Our host Kiryl was very responsive and provided helpful information. I have no complaints at all! We would love to stay here again in the future. Everything is as pictured and described. Thank you!

Perfect Stay for a Family of 5

Loved the fact that all 5 of us had actual beds. The two youngest slept on the third floor. (It's best for the agile/younger crowd, as the ceiling is slanted! Not a problem though!) Master bedroom has a master bath. Everything was impeccably clean with very nice furnishings. Lots of room to spread out. Kitchen had what we needed but would suggest a few coffee mugs. Maybe there were some, and we just didn't find them. Street parking only but both nights we had no trouble parking right in front of the house. Quiet neighborhood. Definitely would stay again!
