Was given a handicap room. Did not need a handicap room. Shower caused the bathroom floor to be wet. Had to use towels to wipe up Only given 1 bar of soap. The soap dispenser in the shower area was empty. The lighting in the room was horrible. Even opening up curtains to let light in, didn’t help. Did not get any room service and we had a 3 night stay.
