We had an issue with the cleanliness of our bathroom. It was a busy weekend for our family, plus the sheer business of the hotel, we did not have time to wait for the issue to be resolved. Since we had only a couple of days we were staying, and we didnt have time to wait for it to be fixed, we chose to address it upon our return home. What was originally an INCREDIBLE experience (minus the bathroom) has turned as when we addressed the issue (we have pictures) we were told that they would not do anything about it. VERY DISAPPOINTING wheb we have proof of the issue, including a picture of silverfish I found next to the toilet.
