Got a corner room and when we checked in ~1700 hours. We noticed a blood stain on the sheets. Small speckle. No worries, called guest services to have them change it.
The individual that picked up told me that house keeping left for the day. I asked about a different room, and they were sold out. They offered for a manager to call me back.
Cool, went to the pool. Came back an hour later and called them back. They decided they did have someone to send up to change the sheets…
Which makes me wonder, why give me all that hassle in the first place? They corrected the wrong and comped parking…

Equally I don’t think that room was vacuumed in a few stays… little dirt debris in corners… but didn’t feel like going back and forth with guest services.
Checked out next day… took then 30 minutes to get my vehicle…
Yea I get it was busy, however there is “no system”. The screen that displays wait time doesn’t get updated. People that scanned their ticket after me were getting their cars first…
No communication.
Had an interaction with a valet employee night prior… since we couldn’t go get some stuff from the vehicle, they offered to go up and get it for us.
Guy came back down and literally kept the items close to his body as if he wasn’t going to hand it over with us offering a tip.
I had to literally grab the items from his body.
Rude staff, extended wait times. Not so clean rooms.
Stay elsewhere.
