The AC went out at midnight, and they gave us a new room but deactivated the first room key. My husband went to sleep in the new room while I stayed with our small children as I didn't want to wake them up and move everything in the middle of the night. At 6:30 the next morning the fire alarm went off and the entire hotel evacuated...all of our stuff was left in the old room and we couldn't get in until we finally got through all the people to the front desk to request another key to the first room. Meanwhile I was late for my work conference that we were there for. When I asked for compensation for the first night, they were very rude and said 'we gave you a new room.' I said yes, but it was midnight and I wasn't going to wake up my kids in the middle of the night'. He shrugged his shoulders and with a very condescending tone said 'we did our part, we gave you a new room.' He said he had already discussed with his manager and all they were willing to do was give us a night of free parking. I asked to speak to the manager and she wouldn't come speak to me, she just told him to give me her business card. The worst hotel experience I've ever had. Will NEVER stay there again!

Do not stay here, they are greedy people. I tried cancelling my stay 2days prior to arriving bc of personal issues, they would not let me cancel & to boot I paid for trip protection! $375 down the drain! They were no help at all. Gave me a bogus run around to talk to some "lady" just, dont waste your time bc if something ever happens on your end they wont work with you! They'll keep your money and tell you to have a nice day.

Talk about paying for location over quality. Right in rittenhouse is what you are paying for cause the rooms are small. They charge $52 to park EACH night. They close the pool for any little thing, the bar downstairs was short staffed long lines, check in receptionist was on her phone and no help at all in providing hotel information just gave me my key and had to figure it out on my own. Not worth what they charge at all.

The property was initially nice. The esthetic was awesome, location was prime HOWEVER here are my complaints: The bed linen was filthy There were stains on the carpet that I feel could have been cleaned between bookings And I couldn’t get in contact with the front desk/concierge after having an alarming incident happen. Would I stay again, I’m not sure. Would I recommend this hotel to others probably not. The best part of the stay was the pool though I should have checked the weather first.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful. We arrived early from out of town & was able to check in early. There’s a fee. The room was clean & roomy. The only negative we experienced was the cleaning staff never had clean wash cloths. We asked on 2 different occasions when we saw them cleaning other rooms & both times they said they had none. I thought that was very strange for such a large hotel. One staff member even said she would bring us some but never did. There’s a rooftop pool but due to the weather we didn’t get to enjoy it. Overall I recommend this hotel & would stay here again.
