First, the address link sent to me in the check in led us to the total wrong place. When we made it, we found ourselves in low income housing in a poor area of town. We could live with that, however, the stench of the home smacks you in the face as soon as you open the door. They claim it is non smoking, I would have to disagree. There were no towels. Not a single one. We were in town for a wedding and had to spend extra money buying necessities for our stay that the host claimed to provide for us. When we reached out to our host, we were met with an AI bot response time and time again. We were told we would be reimbursed for the things we had to purchase for the home, but they cannot provide an actual email or contact at all for us to give receipt proof for payment. There were also no batteries in the remote to use the tv. We purchased those also. But don't waste your time. It won't connect to the internet anyway.In short, DO NOT stay here. Stay literally anywhere else. If I can help to prevent anyone from booking this nightmare of a place I will certainly try.

It was absolutely disgusting. There is no communication with the property owner. We ended up not staying at all due to the bathroom leaking all over the place and there was nowhere to park. They say it’s for 2 cars but only 1 car can fit there and if someone else has parked there you’re screwed. We reached out several times to the property owner with no response. After looking at other reviews they clearly have an issue with taking care of their property and only care about scamming you out of your money. Beware of this listing

DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Do not stay here, simple as that. We arrived to a place that didn’t appear to be in a great area, the sheets and beddings had not been replaced since whomever stayed there last, there were used towels hanging throughout the apartment, there were used tissues on the floor in the one bedroom, there was garbage in the kitchen, the AC barely worked, and none of the remotes for the TVs worked. Oh, and to date, myself, nor VRBO, has heard from Russell. We attempted to contact him multiple times to clean the place and every message was met with an automated response. We left after one day despite originally scheduling a 3-day stay. In my opinion, Russell does not care about your stay and is just trying to make a quick dollar. Save yourself the money and do not stay here!!

Philly Suburb Stay

Great place if you are looking to stay in the Morton area. Convenient location, clean accommodation and had everything we needed. We were three women coming to a baby shower in town. Plenty of space for us. We used the kitchen to make light meals and had easy access to many food options.

This is not a non-smoking facility. We couldnt stay at property even one night due to smell. When we arrived all the windows were left open, obviously to air the property out. We had to go to a hotel to stay costing us the price of the property and the price of the hotel. Communication from tbe owner is limited. He had nothing to say about us not staying there. Beware of this property and we will never use VRBO again.

Property was not as advertised. There was no internet, no AC, smart TV is worthless w/o internet, both microwaves were broke, approach to unit was not handicapped friendly. The owner did not reply to any of my messages or address any of these issues. We stayed the first night out of the four then packed up and moved to a hotel. I have requested at least half of the fee back, and again have not received a response. This could be classified as a scam. Seriously, I want at least half of my fee returned.

Stuff didn't work

The property itself and the location were fine. The wifi only connected for a little bit the first day and then didn't work pretty much the whole rest of the time I was there. I had to use a hotspot on my phone. The tv only worked with wifi but would never connect so I never got to use it. The AC wasn't working. By the third day I figured out I had to set the thermostat and then manually turn on the fan to get any air to come out of the vents. On top of that, the ceiling fans in the rooms are very noisy. The toilet has a bad seal and runs off and on throughout the night. At some times the toilet would stop filling entirely and you had to open the tank to get it to work. The hair dryer sounds and smells like it will burst into flames any second. There were a random mix of old towels and barely enough for one per guest. I could only find one dish towel in the kitchen. We left some donuts on the kitchen counter in a closed box overnight and the next morning it was filled with ants. The lever on the toaster was broken. Communication with the host was poor. Responses were extremely delayed. The last day they offered to send a maintenance worker, but it just wasn't worth it by that point. Would not stay again.

Lousy check in . Upon arrival opened door turned on lights and baby cockroaches were scurrying in different directions and one in the bathroom and there was an oder. My daughter and I left after 10 min and had to find a hotel. I am demanding a full refund. I have a video.

Cozy and Quiet!

This place was a nice gem to find! The beds are very comfortable and the linens were crisp and clean. The bathroom, especially the shower, were shiny and clean. There was plenty of lounging space in the living room. Great find!

Supercross

We were going to the supercross at Lincoln stadium. It was a lot farther away than we realized and the neighborhood was a little sketch However once we started settling in the neighbors were super nice. The owner was fairly easy to reach and the check in process was a breeze. There’s a great Italian restaurant within walking distance and the food was really good Not fancy but tasty

Excellent!!

Stayed at the property for an extended period of time. A few minor issues, nothing that property manager would have know before we arrived, but was very quick in resolving. Great communication!!! I would 100% recommend this property.
