This light & spacious walk-out basement apartment is tucked into the countryside, just 10 minutes from Oregon State University & Corvallis, 50 minutes from historic Newport coastal town, and near many local wineries. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 couches, and a pullout Ottoman that sleeps a single. 1500 sq ft. Beautiful, peaceful grounds, Trampoline, Large patio, washer/dryer & POOL TABLE! Room to sleep 7.

This cozy and chic walk-out basement apartment has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. With two private KING bedrooms, two full size couches, and a roll out ottoman the apartment can sleep seven comfortably. The kitchen is stocked with spices and necessities, and receiving gifts to surprise you! You can easily cook your meals here. You'll be able to relax on the private patio with fire pit after a long day at the beach, in meetings at OSU, hiking Mary's Peak, or exploring wine country. 2 cruiser bikes are available to ride bike on local paths .

The apartment has a private entrance and free parking in our driveway. There is also room for extra vehicles on our private road.

*Please note correct pricing is based on correct guest count. The refundable damage deposit will be taken via credit card on file beginning the day before check-in and automatically released pending any damages.

*FAMILY-FRIENDLY AMENITIES: While we love offering our guests amenities like a pack-n-play or high chair, we're not quite big enough to stock them at each of our properties yet. If you're interested in any of these please inquire to their availability and note a small rental fee to cover delivery, pickup, and cleaning after use will be charged.

Please note the basement unit has a locked door between it and the rental unit upstairs. All outdoor amenities are shared between this and the 2 other units on property. Need more space or privacy? Inquire about renting the entire property today!

- Do not use any kind of dye in the showers, sinks, or baths.


- Pet Rules:
We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you!

We ask for compliance in a few house rules:

🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya.

🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free.

🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use.

🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only.

🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance.

🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated.

🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word.

💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning.

There is a $40 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $120 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use.


*Violations of house rules may result is a $250 fine.
