At first glimpse the room and service is amazing, especially at the entrance. But you can feel that the hotel has a certain age ( pool and bathroom wasn’t super clean), and in 5 days they never changed our sheets. Plus the laundry service is particularly expensive compare to all the other similar category of hotel in cambodia (pay per items instead of per kg).

Very clean, staff is very friendly even if they don’t speak English they do try, they even have tuktuk driver who speak excellent English. Food is good, breakfast needs little improvement with some vegetarian options

The hotel is well kept and definitely up there with services rendered and available. One minus, therefor comfort only 4 stars, was that there was no hot water for the shower, something I pointed out and was not fixed before I left. I must say, the staff was exceptional, even accommodating with my odd check-out and communication was off the chart excellent; it should be standard for any hotel

Super Spot

Great hotel in a great area - close to some major attractions. Rooms were spacious, clean, and had a great shower. Beautiful pool area on 7th floor, and restaurant was excellent. Very reasonable price as well. Loved it !

Property was a little old ,hall way was dark and my bathtub faucet (hot) wasn’t working properly. The hot water was very low coming out of the faucet. It would probably take 8 hours to fill the tub. So I didn’t use it

Awesome hotel !

This hotel is one of my favourite we stayed at. Everything was so clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was awesome ! They were able to awnser all of our questions and they were very kind to us. The location is also perfect. We found that it was close to everything we wanted to do in Phnom Penh. The pool was also super nice and we had a nice time there.

Good hotel in a great location only a few minutes walk from shops, markets, bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a rooftop pool and bar. Happy hour every day in pool bar (half price drinks) I would recommend this hotel
