Welcome to Darcy`s Perch, a charming 1920s cabin nestled on a forested acre just minutes from Phoenicia in the heart of the Catskills. This historic retreat offers a blend of vintage charm and modern comfort.
This cabin is perfect for couples seeking a romantic getaway, families looking to reconnect in nature, or friends escaping the city hustle. Whether you`re relaxing by the fire, exploring nearby trails, or enjoying winter activities, this cabin offers a memorable escape in every season.
Step into our inviting home where every corner exudes rustic charm and comfort. The main floor boasts a dining area with a rustic farm table and wainscoting, perfect for family meals. The sunken living room, adorned with knotty pine paneling and a large stone fireplace, features dramatic cathedral ceilings. This space preserves the essence of its 1920s origins with warm jewel tones and antique décor, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a queen bed, while an adjacent bedroom accommodates a full bed, both adorned with high-quality linens. A catwalk overlooks the living room below, connecting to a half bath, with a full bath downstairs boasting a claw foot tub. Laundry facilities are conveniently located in the second bedroom`s closet.
Step outside onto the wrap-around porch for views of the expansive yard and stone patio area, complete with a charcoal grill, Solo Stove fire-pit, and outdoor dining table.
