I was a little disappointed in the location, but it really wasn't that far from restaurants and shopping. It is a large complex and figuring things out at night can be challenging. Clean . The property manager was very patient with me!

Super easy check in/check out process. Friendly neighbors. Rental was very clean, comfortable and convenient. I went in the pool and hot tub one evening, and they were great. Definitely would recommend this rental.

Perfect spot for Spring Training

This is our second year in a row to stay here. We love how quiet it is! The access to all things Rangers training camp and our favorite hikes, makes it the ideal home base for spring break!

Surprise AZ Spring Training 2025

We enjoyed staying at this condo. Cozy, comfortable. A lot of the pleasures of home. I would highly recommend. Hubby and I will use again in the future. Not far from the baseball fields. A lot of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Surprise convenience

In town for a wedding. Veronica’s place was convenient in terms of nearness to venue. We did have a little trouble finding the exact place. But, part of that was my fault for not reading Veronica’s description carefully enough. Comfy bed. Great shower. What else could a person need?!

Perfect for my stay in Surprise AZ

This was a great place for my stay in Surprise. I was there for a tennis event. The condo was a 10 minute ride to the tennis center and is very convenient to many restaurants and stores. Kitchen is small but well equipped.

The location was convenient, close to stores. It was a nice place. The only things that I would say are concerns are that the couches were very hard, and toilet wobbles. Otherwise, I would stay again.

Nice, but.....

Property where unit was located lacked maintenance. One unit had obviously had a fire. Garbage to one of the dumpster areas was strewn about the parking lot. Pool looked good. Unit itself was nice - good mattress/bed - but lacked kitchen items. Needed more silverware - only had 2 spoons! Also needed more coffee mugs and better cups to drink from. Cute decor, but living area needs a lamp (pole lamp in the corner). Also needs new bath towels and wash cloths.

Perfect for Spring Break

I hesitate to do a revise because I don’t want to lose our gem to others. :) We had initially planned to stay four days. When we saw there was an extra day available, I messaged Veronica, who got back with me ASAP! She was very easy to communicate with. The check in progress was the easiest we’ve ever had. We were minutes away from hopping on the highway to make it to hiking, right down the road from our Rangers and all our favorite AZ eating spots. There’s only a couple of things I thought the place needed, which I recommend one to Veronica, beach towels for when you go to the pool/hot tub. I also would have liked a small tv in the bedroom. I like to watch right before bed. Next year I know to bring my lap top.

Quiet Condo

This is a clean, nicely equipped condo with lots of great features like in unit laundry. Veronica is a responsive and helpful host. The area is a quiet development of condo units right off of W Bell Road so easily accessible to anywhere is the Northwest suburbs. All that and a very low price. Great stay!
