This 4 bedroom/3 bath 3,000 square ft resort-style home was just completely remodeled with over 150k pumped into this Scottsdale masterpiece, with a custom game room this place is perfect for families/groups and only 2miles from old town.

The backyard a show stopper including- A large pool, BBQ, custom gazebo and much more!

**********HEATED-POOL*********
We offer a heated pool for an extra fee of $50 Per day (3 Day minimum)from March to October

Heated pool option between November to February is an extra fee of $95 a day (4 day minimum). This $95 fee does not cover the full cost of propane. We take care of the remaining cost for you :)
In these colder months, our pool runs on a propane system, therefore we would need you to let us know at least two weeks prior to your stay that you’d like to enjoy the heated option. This way we can ensure the propane tanks are full. The heat will last 3 to 4 days at a temperature of 85°. If staying longer than 4 days, You will need to advise which 4 (consecutive) days you’d like it to be heated. If this is something you’d like to enjoy, please let us know. Thank you :).
