The eat-in kitchen opens up into the family room making it great for gathering together. Outside you'll find a covered patio space that opens up to a beautiful in-ground pool making this a truly great outdoor living space. There is also a 3-car garage available for your use.

The pool will be heated from November to April each year. Once it gets to be about 95 degrees outside, the heater will be turned off. The pool is quite refreshingly cool when it is 95 degrees or warmer outside.
**Can I park in the garage?**
Yes!! Especially in the summer you may use the garage.
